Bonita experiencia
Un lindo hotel, siempre habían dulces y agua en la recepción. Ubicación perfecta, lo único malo es que los elevadores son muy viejos y por ende solo 1 servia.

El hotel está bien ubicado, en el centro de Denver. Me sorprendió que aunque seas huésped tengas que pagar por tu estacionamiento. También que tengas que agendar diariamente la limpieza de la habitación, de lo contrario, no hacen limpieza.

Me dieron una habitación en la cual no se podia regular el clima, la temperatura de la calle era de -10 grados centígrados y no podíamos subir la temperatura del cuarto ni a 19 grados. Nos cambiaron de cuarto y volvió a suceder lo mismo, solo que nos mandaron un técnico que revisaría el equipo y después de 2 horas nos dijo que no podía hacer nada. El hotel no hace la limpiex¡za diaria del cuarto, ni siquiera hacer la cama o cambiar la toallas. El pretexto del COVID-19 lo utilizan como excusa para la falta de servicio y atención.

Las instalaciones son viejas, nuestra habitación tenía un olor peculiar desagradable, la tina del baño era sucia que debimos hablar para que alguien fuera a limpiarla, esperamos un room service que no se nos dio a pesar que el chico de front desk en el momento del check-in dijo que si habría servicio de cuarto,Había polvo por todos lados, las ventanas para la vista a la ciudad eran tan sucias que no disfrutamos la vista, y para terminar había que pagar 60 dlls más de parking porque el hotel no tiene uno propio, en lo personal para ser un hotel en downtown era desepcionante y no volveré.

Only one parking garage connected, with limited parking and $30 a night. Cheaper parking was near by but hard to find. The side of the building my room had lots of outside noice in the morning. I was woken up by train/trolley early in the morning. Overall good experience and in walking distance to restaurants/bars and even coors field.

The Magnolia is conveniently located. The room was well appointed. There was only one elevator working when we arrived but it was later remedied.

We didn’t like that there wasn’t a small store on the property and that there wasn’t an ice machine handy. Had to call the front desk to get a bag of ice whenever we needed it. It was a bit lacking in amenities. Had to leave the hotel to even pick up a bottle of water. There wasn’t a refrigerator or mini bar in the room either.

We do have an ice and vending area in our hotel but prefer to deliver the ice to our guests to make it easier for them. Horrible experience with the room we were assigned. First floor room with constant noise coming from the outside. Train, train horn, traffic and people’s voices from the side walk kept us up both nights. Do not get a room on the first floor. The pillows were big and bulky, very uncomfortable.

We spent a week in April. Had the best experience. Room was a lil warm for my husband and they accomodated. The valet found our lost phone to us. Parking in the area is tough and you will pay but the valet parking at Magnolia was worth every penny. I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you. We havent taken a vacation in a long time and our time there was great.

This hotel is o.k. Reception was lukewarm at best. We always seek out dog friendly places to stay when we travel. Unfortunately there is no close area to bring the dogs to potty that has grass and is safe. The room was clean, but no extras like fridge, coffee, ice bucket or glasses. Whenever the heat or a/c comes on it is extremely loud and woke us up. We travel to Denver every month and will not stay here again.
