This hotel is by far one of the worst I have ever stayed at. When my guest had an additional guest over at the room, and I had him leave, apparently he hung out in the lobby for almost 2 hours. They said, walking around and engaging with other guests. When I called to extend my reservation. The lady told me that she would extend my reservation on the terms that I did not have that guest back at my room. When I told her that, I didn’t initially know who he was. She let me extend my reservation. The next day when I went to check out the manager on duty now told me that I had lost my incidental deposit because of that event the previous day however, I explained to her that, even though they can’t legally give me stipulations on my incidental deposit, I did not have any guests whatsoever at my room, and that was technically the agreement. They have yet to refund me my money or the general manager has yet to call or email me back. Completely immature and extremely hateful employees. They also not only took my incidental deposit for something that has nothing to do with incidentals. They charge me an extra incidental and an additional $30 for some reason that they have yet to refund.
