“Check in was smooth, the lady spent time giving us a few tips on places to park and visit. We had an excellent comfort room. Bed was firm which we like. “Check in was not smooth at all. I was expected to reach out to the host. No welcome email from them. I had to meet the host in person to get my key for the unit. Most properties these days have a lock box or passcode system. Would not be such a big deal however I had to work around the hosts schedule. I wanted to meet at 18:00. “Más que un hotel parece un LUGAR DE CITAS. Para ir con amantes. La persona de recepción MUY DESAGRADABLE. Nerviosa y hablando mal. Un hotel donde todas las habitaciones tienen solamente cama de matrimonio. No es un hotel para tener en una página de mayorista. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. A no ser que vallas con un ligue. “This B and B was simply amazing from top to bottom. Ann, our host was easily available before and during our stay. Our room was immaculate and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The grounds were beautiful with many different sitting areas in a park like setting. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Ann went out of her way to make us feel welcome and made many good suggestions for our visit to Ypres. We highly recommend this B and B! ”

“Die Ankunft war etwas ungewöhnlich, da keine Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren. Türöffnung über Sprechanlage , Schlüssel lagen bereit. Zimmer sehr groß, eine Klimaanlage wäre natürlich bei dem schwülen Wetter optimal gewesen. Früstück vollkommen ausreichend, von den sehr freundlichen Inhabern persönlich zubereitet. Ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken und zivilen Preisen steht ebenfalsl zur Verfügung. Alles in allem Top-Aufenthalt in Messenähe und hervorragendem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!”
