Hotel looked run down and needs a lot of work inside halls and elevator. When we walked into the hotel it smelled like a urinal deodorant stick. The people at the front desk were very nice. People running up and down the hall yell and cussing. The people in the room were yelling and slamming things off the wall until 4 a.m. I won’t ever stay here.

As soon as I entered the lobby of the hotel to check-in, it smelled like marijuana. Then I had to give a 100.00 deposit. I was giving a room on the 3rd floor and the room was terrible. The walls was dirty, the lights didn't work and it smelled really bad. I called to get another room. The other room was on the 1 st floor. The room was better, but it had a smell as well. Upon leaving the room, I pushed the bed from the wall and there was mold on the lower part of the wall, which the bed covered up. This isn't a good hotel to stay. It wasn't noisy, but the place is dirty and smells.

The staff here were wonderful! We arrived right in the middle of a huge snow storm and were greeted warmly by the front desk hostess. We stayed for 2 nights and a male staff member was salting the back walk ways and shoveling. He told us to be careful on the walk along with a “Go Lions!” They tried hard to make it clear but the storm was a lot. The beds were comfortable and room was very clean. It’s dated but worth it. I’d only recommend they update their towels as they are past their prime. I’d stay here again.

Decent budget hotel, bad check in experience
Overall the stay itself was fine. Not the best hotel but the price was in line with this. However, I called the front desk morning of to ask about check in, and was told that check in was at 3 and early check in was at noon, and would be free if I was a Wyndham rewards member which I am. Arrived at noon and the man at the front desk told me that check in was at 4, early check in wasn’t until 3 and when I told him what the person I called had said, he insisted I must’ve called the wrong number and that they would not have told me that. He then told me that they required a $100 deposit despite the fact I paid with my credit card, which I would assume should be adequate insurance for the hotel. Everyone else was polite and kind, but my first experience with the front desk was off-putting as he was rude, dismissive and essentially called me a liar.

I do not advise families to stay in this hotel because it is not good for children. You can smell drugs everywhere. In addition to that, it is very dirty. The room is very dirty. The chair, floor, table, and microwave have dirt and hair everywhere, and the bathroom towels are expired and black from a lot of dirt and washing. I entered it for half an hour and left. With my family, but there was a good woman working in the office who helped me cancel the reservation and get the money back.

Very noisy, I had a door in my room to another with no reason. Crying kid was heard very good through that door. room looks totally not as on pictures. No internet and staff seems like does not want to fix it.

Room was acceptably clean. Breakfast was not what I would call breakfast, Toast, Toaster Waffles, cold cereal loaded with chemicals and sugar! Apple juice, and coffee. No breakfast for me, left hungry. The pool was Cold, and had a scum line about 3inches high all the way around.

This hotel was the worst the doors didn’t lock downstairs when I got there it was a fight between a couple and the security was present the rooms smelled foul and was nasty I will never stay there again !!! I left within 30 minutes and couldn’t get a refund and didn’t even stay the second night and still didn’t get my money back !!!

The room we booked said 2 queen bed and the bed wasn’t 2 queen, everything was awful there was strain on the sheet and bath room towel was dirty.

The only thing I would say is bring your own dry towels lol there are kid size but other then that rooms are clean and they offer breakfast and coffee fresh every morning we will be back next year D1 Nation football group

They were cleaning huge amounts of sheets and laundry in the hallways on our way to the room at 5pm. Both my son and I ended up with bed bug bites all over!!! GROSS

The hotel wasn’t clean, they never change my towels or clean my room , stay from Friday to Monday and at one point I ask for toilet paper, soap, shampoo and clean towels and they never brought anything, the breakfast is a joke frozen waffles and toast, juice and milk, coffee and 2 cereals, big mistake.
