We enjoyed the stay. TVs would not connect to any networks and some upkeep is needed, e.g. cracked windows, outside staircase missing a couple of spindles. Overall good place, just need to explain there are no dedicated bathrooms to bedrooms, all are jack and jill. Listing showed 8 bedrooms. We only found 7 and one of the bathrooms is a pool bath.

He canceled us TWO DAYS before the date before Easter we traveled from many parts to enjoy that day I booked for 30 people as I allowed in the application and for no reason he canceled us he sent us the refund that could take up to 15 days and he advertised it again in the Vrbo application to rent it on the same dates I had no communication to say they can be less people absolutely nothing he simply canceled a really frustrating experience when trying to find another house two days before

We had booked this place two months in advance for my birthday celebration with family and kids and when we reached there the cleaners were still there and did not let us enter. When we called the company they said they did not have an estimate on when the house would be ready. We were waiting outside in the heat for almost three hours when the finally made the house available. The cleaning was pathetic. The pool was dirty. The entrance doors had bugs, dead mosquitoes and even mould on the roof. Even inside the house saw some spiders and roaches.
We were a group of 15 and they only had one towel per person. There were no extra towels or linens or blankets around. Very bad customer service. will never stay there again.

I went here on a retreat with 8th graders. The property was clean and well prepared. The recreational equipment was all in good order. The kitchen was adequate for cooking feeding a large group. The place would also be excellent for a reunion site. The decking, chairs and outside was spectacular with abundant seating areas in great condition.
