Needs updating the door was broken, cabinets broken, lots of stains in carpet.

They were having a full on party in the lobby with drinking and yelling. I was trying to do my laundry and those same people were giving haircuts. The teenagers were running up and down the hallways and the stairs knocking on our doors , it was ridiculous

Thank you for providing feedback. I have reviewed the cameras and do see the team hanging out in the lobby area although they did disperse right at 10pm, quiet time. I don't see them knocking on your door but do see a few in the halls for awhile after 10pm. Jess did remove charges for 1 night from your bill for these issues. I want to also extend my apologies and hope the rest of your stay went better.

sink was plugged, Toilet was dirty, they took care of it. Refrigerator froze our food. Not much of a breakfast. The staff were nice when we reported issues. The bed was clean. The hall doors slammed on there own. So loud at times.

On a trip to visit family we scheduled an overnight at this property. The price was great. The check in staff was efficient and cordial. The room was very nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. We were going to use the hot tub but decided not even after checking it out and being told by a couple using it that it was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Very sketchy
Not very prompt at check in. The rooms were not cleaned well. Black ring around toilet. No shampoo in rooms and floors were dirty. Duct tape on door so people could get in without a key. The parking lot near dumpsters looked like a junkyard.

Bathroom was Not clean, black mold ring in toilet and black mold in caulking around tub and toilet ! Nothing but tiny granola bars for breakfast and would Never recommend anyone stay there!

We apologize for any inconveniences during your stay with us. I will have maintenance check the bathroom caulking right away. Please be assured our light continental breakfast consists of bars, muffins, and other pre packaged items, oatmeal, and fruit. Along with coffee, tea, juice, and hot cocoa.

My compliments to the staff. They're really friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint about the property is the sheets aren't big enough for the bed. The fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress.

The room smelled like a wed dog. If they allow pets this hotel should tell its clients that their room was a pet lived in room . I had a super crappy sleep ( and you know how that makes you feel) because of the odor.

The halls needed vacuuming. The toilet seat was broken. The breakfast is pathetic although the coffee was good. The room was clean and the AC worked. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant.

The breakfast was a disappointment. It had no protein at all - only prepackaged sweet rolls and muffins, apples, and bananas. Nothing warm, no bread.
