The biggest thing that impressed me with this hotel was the staff and their help and dedication to sorting out an issue for me. In particular the customer services manager went above and beyond to sort out a booking issue I had encountered. The rest of the reception staff in particular were always attentive and willing to help you. Thank you all for your dedication.

The location was amazing: walking distance to so many local attractions. The staff was extremely friendly - especially Adil and Esther. The entire city is very safe and the hotel was no different! Breakfast buffet was great, and could accommodate my dietary restrictions. Would stay here again!

I liked the hotel. The staff was really friendly. Although I would have appreciated to be recognized as HHonours gold Member. The policy of "booked through a third party" was applicated "at the letter" and when I explained them, that on the Hilton website the Hotel appeared to be fully booked (this is why I booked through Expedia) they could not explain it and did not take my status into consideration.

I did not care for the continuous automatic fragrance spray In the lobby area. The smell was obnoxious to me and it was irritating my eyes. Thank goodness the room was free of the scent. I did like the idea of security with the key cards necessary for elevator use. However, anyone could still get on and get off on your floor if you have activated it and they did not need to for the same floor.!

Staff were all lovely except the lady who checked us in. Was not very helpful. Had to drag our own luggage upstairs and didnt even tell ua what floor or where the lift was. Lovely breakfast options. Very good location. A swimming pool would have been the ice on the cake

The Hampton by Hilton is centrally located and yet away from the action. On foot you can reach the Corniche and the famous souk in a few minutes. It is very quiet and has a quiet night to sleep. The equipment is excellent. Good Wi-Fi in the rooms, even on the higher floors. Cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast offer is absolutely fantastic. The staff are all very polite, courteous, helpful. From the reception to the cleaning staff, all employees deserve absolute 5 stars and more. A very special thanks go to Adil and Sami. Every question was tried to answer and help us with the best of knowledge. Awesome. Thank you very much for the great stay. We will hopefully be back very soon. Best regards from Germany.
