Scam at check in
Checkin did NOT work. They could not find my booking as said that they are not longer working with Hotels.com All in all, I had to pay separately at the hotel and they promised that they will check with Hotels.com. Maybe some sort of a scam.

Inget var bra. Det är ett hotel med gentlemans club.. vi bokade ett rökfri rum en natt för att flyga vidare. Vi fick ett rum som var för rökare. Det luktade rök till o med på kudden. När jag frågade i receptionen om vi kunde byta till ett rökfritt rum som vi hade bokat. Så svarade receptionisten att dem hade enbart 3 rökfria rum och att alla var upptagen. :¥

Rapport qualité / prix dans la moyenne
Hotel d'un rapport qualité / prix dans la moyenne. Chambre propre, bien qu'un peu "défraichie". Literie propre. Baignoire fendue (je me suis pincé la voûte plantaire en marchant dessus sans l'avoir vue). Interrupteur cassé. Sinon les night-clubs de l'hôtel sont un peu bruyants le soir. Situé dans un quartier très central de Deira, il est très raisonnable pour dépannage sur une nuit avec parking voiture. Personnel serviable et courtois. À noter qu'en fonction des pistes en service à l'Aéroport de Dubai (DXB) on peut avoir les avions qui décollent au dessus de l'hôtel, où en être à l'abri en cas de vent contraire. Nous avons eu les 2 cas au cours de la soirée. WiFi fonctionne bien. RAS!

فندق لمرة وحدة فقط
مقبوله ولكن فندق لا يوجد واي فاي مجانا وهو مسجل ولكن هذا عيب في الفندق بالاضافة الى محاولة تجميع الفلوس من اي غلطه .

Night club with hotel
Don't stay here if you want to sleep at night. This is essentially 2 nightclubs on th 1st and 7th floor that run from 10:00 pm to 3:00 am every night. The noise from them invades nearly all floors of the hotel and is really loud

Opholdet var okay givet prisen, men larmen fra tre natklubber på hhv. stue, 1. og 7. sal var forstyrrende for nattesøvnen.

the treatment of the whole staff was very bad they told us that the offer which we took from hotels.com that our stay include breakfast is fake and if we want the breakfast included we should pay for it . finally they refused to give us our breakfast

When I booked the room, it clearly mentioned free breakfast and free parking on hotels.com. I went for the first time for breakfast on the fifth day of my stay and they asked me to pay. When I told them that it should be free they said is not. The room was not bad, but the cleaning was not the best. All surfaces on the desk and side tables were dusty. On checking out the receptionist asked me to pay 8 dirhams for the phone calls I made. I never touched the phone in my room. When I told them so, they insisted that I made those calls. Every single day of my stay I had to take my card key to the reception for reprogramming.

فندق جيد ولكن أخطاء الموظفين كثيرة
الايجابيات : الغرفة مريحة - الفرش ممتاز - البار ممتاز موظفي الاستقبال بشوشين جدا - موظفي المطعم والنادي والبار رائعين - موقع الفندق ممتاز - خدمة صف السيارات ولكن حين طلب السيارة أحيانا كنا ننتظر لنصف ساعة لاستلام السيارة . السلبيات : الفندق به بعض الأخطاء - السعر كان مختلف عن موقع هوتيل وتم الاعتذار لهذا الخطأ وتم سداد مبلغ الفندق على أكثر من مرة حيث قام موظف الاستقبال بحساب تكاليف الغرفة قمت بالدفع وبعد قليل ارسل لي موظف ليعتذر مني لوجود خطأ بالحساب وأقوم بدفع الفرق - كرت دخول الغرفة كل يوم يحتاج لتنشيط وأحيانا أكثرمن مرة - تنظيف الغرفة جزئي - خزنة الفندق تعطلت أكثرمن مرة وحين طلب الصيانة يتأخرون كثيرا ويأتون بعد طلبهم اكثر من مرة - المكيف بارد جدا ولوحة التحكم لايمكن تعديلها - لايصلح للعوائل ملاحظة : كنت مستأجر 3 غرف وهذه المشاكل حصلت معنا في كل الغرف
