Very noisy in night due to many discos in different floors. Breakfast in very bad because it is made for one nationality or group f guest. The breakfast doesn't take intoconsideration international guests. Very crowded in night from people not guests inside the hotel, they come to attend the discos inside the hotel

Mold and mildew everywhere in the bathroom. It is unbelievable how filthy and noisy the property is, yet they charge almost the same price as some great properties in Dubai. I left early and filed a complaint with Expedia.

Good service, will never return
I thought the night club would only work on the weekends, but no! You have banging on your head every day, every day till 04:00 am! Pity there is no coffee at breakfast - only tea. The day staff were amazing! All issues dealt with immediately, but I felt a lack of integrity from the front desk.

Very good service, if you have an issue it's dealt with immediately, however 2 things: 1. You will not sleep till 04:00 am because of the night club by the pool - except on Ramadan, guaranteed! 2. No coffee at breakfast - no problem if you drink tea.

The concierge was great. He helped us with 2 tours we booked with Viator that almost did not pick us up at the hotel. If not for him we would have had wasted our stay in Dubai.

Worst service.
Due to an urgent surgical treatment in my left kidney, I had to cancel my whole trip few days before check in. But hotel.com and the hotel didn’t cancel my reservation. I send my medical reports requesting to cancel my reservation. It is unwanted. People may get sick and definitely Hotel.com and the Property should consider guests these unwanted situations. It seems Hotel.com and the property has no human ! They all are robots and never have situation like mine and they are free from sickness forever !! Thanks

Hotel location and clearness are good. But it was terribly noisy in the night till over 3am due to music pub in 1st floor. Never able to get good sleep even in the 7th floor.

I always feel welcome there. It is conveniently located, well priced and has everything I need. The staff go out of their way to help. This time, a small photo card fell behind a very heavy piece of furniture. They made a special effort to retrieve it for me before I left.

La struttura non rispecchia più le foto presenti su internet, dalle quali, presumibilmente, sono trascorsi diversi anni. La pulizia delle stanze non è stata effettuata quotidianamente. Il phon palesemente datato e poco potente. Colazione ripetitiva (in una settimana mai una novità) e reparto dolci davvero scarso. Stanze ampie.

A very poor 4 star hotel
It wasn't what I had in mind as it was a 4 star hotel first of all I requested a queen bed but instead received two single beds and they essentially comfortable the sofas were stained dirty the toilet didn't flush probably and the sinks tap was very lose and the drain plug was stuck shut and the hair dryer was a joke and there was no iron or ironing board in the room as stated.

The location is good - close to Dubai International Airport but in the old part of Dubai. It is inexpensive, and the staff are sincere and helpful. Reception staff are not always on top of the billing so you need clarity and patience but it has worked out well each time. The building is not new - I had to call for help removing a plug from a washbasin - but help was forthcoming, even at night-time.

my 5 days
far from city center and it looks like only Indian hotel (foods and smell) and most important point there is 3 night clubs in hotel (asian, indian, russian clubs), it is noisy at nights. Clean hotel. i stayed 5 days, i can give 2 points only. Hotel has parking fee too (only cash payment).

The hotel is strategically located close to various shopping malls, well connected by public transport like bus, metro and taxis. It is also just 05 minutes drive from Dubai Airport. Nihal Palace Hotel is proud host of guest from different nationalities all over the world and a multi-cultural and multi-national employer too. Our Al Riqa Restaurant at the lobby level serves multi-cuisine food and also cater to the preferences of major nationality guests staying in house, which may be the case during your stay with a particular nationality staying in large number and thus the food variety. Our team would have been more than happy to serve your preferences had you shared with them. Thank you for appreciating the cleanliness of the hotel. The parking facility is outsourced and a fee is levied by the vendor directly. We do look forward to host you again on your next visit to give you an experience you look for.

Constant music in the room from club!
The hotel wasn’t to bad, the facilities were good, the only problem was there were 2 night clubs on the first floor and I stayed on the floor above it, so all you could hear was club music until 3am everyday. Spoke to reception and all they could say is we apologise for this.
