Hotel pequeño perocunplidor
Al hotel le hace falta en upgrade, las sábanas estaban ajadas, incluso habían unas rotas, las toallas de la piscina también, sin enbargo su personal era muy amable y solucionaron el problema de habernos dado una habitación con solo 2 camas para 3 personas. El entorno en el que esta insertado no es muy bueno, había contratado el del Business centre, sin embargo al pagar, me mandó a este.

Estupenda habitación y hotel cerca de metro
Se trata de un buen hotel situado a escasos cien metros de una parada del metro. La habitación estaba muy limpia y tranquila y la cama, kingsize, era muy cómoda.

Hotel muy cómodo y en una zona muy comercial y con muchos lugares donde comer. Se puede ir a pie a Dubai Creek. Repetiré estancia en hotel si vuelvo a Dubai.

Cama confortables.
Mala porque todos los días debimos reclamar el agua y la fruta de cortesías.Tuvimos que reclamar las pantuflas para la habitación.No había wifi gratuitos en las habitaciones. No poseia hidromasaje.Precios de servicios excesivamentes altos.Por rotura accidental de lavatorio, que debio ser pagado en su totalidad.Nos reubicaron en una habitación de menor categorías que la contratada (para minúsvalido) sin bañera y sin hidromasaje. Muy ruidosa la habitación por la confiteria.

El servicio ofrecido por todo el equipo ha sido lo mejor, me ayudaron con todo y a todas las horas. Se agradece que todo el mundo te dice buenos dias o buenas tardes, hace que te sientes como en casa. Recomiendo este hotel a toda la gente que viaja a Dubai ya que sea por placer o negocios. Van a reformar el hotel dentro de 3 semanas, tardarán 2 en completarlo, y seguramente que estaré para verlo despues!

The property is well located. Close to the airport. The room was a bit small, but cozy. They are making improvements to the hotel. As was evident with the new windows, and a modern restaurant downstairs. The food was delicious!! My room had some paint peeling and some tiles missing in the modern, updated bathroom. So, theyre working on it. I could walk everywhere on the island. I even walked to the ferry and took that to Male for the day. I would stay there again. Theres no pool.or fitness room. The ocean is just 100 meters away. Turquoise bgreen beautiful water. Get up early and catch the sunrise!! Lots of mosquitos. So bring deet!

We have stayed at this property numerous times when it was a Four Points Sheraton. However on this occasion under the Majestic brand we have not had a good nights sleep as the hotel houses a club of some sort which blasts base until nearly 3-4am which makes sleep nearly impossible even on the 4th floor. Clearly soundproofing is lacking and when we have reported it we have been advised it is not a hotel run club and not in their control. Disappointing as one pays to stay at a hotel so one can get good nights sleep. Sadly I would not recommend this venue as the noise it unbearable even on the 4th floor. I asked for a higher floor but was assured 4th would be fine as was pre-warned by my family who stayed on a lower floor. Sadly quite disappointed and pleased to be leaving tomorrow.

Good hotel a bit away from tourist attractions with easy access to metro. Close to variety of restaurants. Had paid extra to include breakfast which was quite decent. A lot of variety with breakfast that includes good veg/Indian options besides the usual stuff.

Right place to stay for a tour around DUBAI
This hotel stay was very good in all aspects. Everything was almost near by distance 30-40 minute drive. Shopping malls, restaurants, etc. The staff were very helpful. Commendable service by Mr. Alex and the team.

Don't expect to get sleep in this hotel
There is a nightclub in the hotel on the ground floor bwhich they do not mention when making a reservation! We heard the noise (music, loud bass) to our room on the 3rd floor and asked if it would be possible to change the room. They moved us up to the 6th or 7th floor I believe but we could still hear the music. Additionally, the air conditioning in this new room was super loud and echoed through the walls to the bed so we had to sleep on the wrong end of the bed, as far away from the walls as possible. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone based on the noise during the night. The hotel is quite far away from the main attractions. There is a metro stop nearby but we ended up using taxi for almost everything as it still would have taken hours to reach the other side of the city. Taxis were no problem for us but keep this in mind in your travel budget if you end up booking this hotel. Breakfast was decent. The staff were helpful.

The hotel is about 15 mins taxi ride from airport.. a few shops nearby.. walkable distance to metro.. very friendly staff…we managed to get a high floor with a city view.. the only negative point is bathroom a bit old. Overall good stay

Overall the stay was good. Unfortunately there is a club downstairs that is open every night from 9 pm - 4 am. This is not advertised on the listing. I had to complain and move rooms due to the noise.

The hotel is okay, the location is fine but I had a terrible experience at the time of check in. I had booked my reservation 6 months ago from USA and I did get expedia confirmation on my reservation. But when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk and management refused to honor my reservation stating they dont see it in their system. They asked me to book again with their current room rates which was more expensive and for 4 people they gave a very tiny cramped room with one of us sleeping on the couch.
