Bra alternativ för den som vill ta taxi eller gå.
Bra hotell, har det mesta man behöver och bra storlek på rummen. Inget lyxigt men absolut inte dåligt skick heller. Lite långt att gå till Metro men området är ganska fullt med saker oxh 20 min till emirates mall

Very rundown
Very old and run down. Front of house staff were amazing, but the experience (room, bathroom etc) was well below standards. They need to do a revamp as it’s old now

While I knew the hotel was a little old, I didn’t expect the property to be as run down as it was. There was mold on the back of the restroom door, the cleaning staff was reluctant to give you more than 1 towel, the lobby smells like cigarette smoke from the bar on the ground floor, the restroom light wouldn’t turn off, there was mold and strands of hair in the refrigerator, etc. etc. etc. Right after walking into my room I knew it was going to be a terrible stay, however I was forced to endure because I booked a non-refundable rate. It’s simply not worth whatever amount you’re going to save. Just pick another property down the street.

This property should not have a profile at Expedia. Expedia gave me the option of paying now vs at the property. I chose to pay now and have the reservation paid. We arrive to the hotel, and the front desk person tells us that the reservation has been canceled due to non payment and that they’re sold out on rooms. No manager on site, no valid phone number, for 3 days trying to call and at least get out room. Expedia kept showing the reservation as valid and collected the money while the hotel canceled the reservation and we had to sleep at a random friends house. This is the worst experience between Expedia and this hotel. I emailed Expedia for a full refund since Expedia charged us TWICE for the reservation that was canceled by the hotel Ned still they kept telling me they need to look into it. How can this be..this hotel doesn’t haven’t a management and the front desk person was getting attacked left and right by people checking in that they didn’t the same too. Please remove this profile hotel from your platform and refund us the money you took for nothing.

Not recommended
As a couple, we requested for a double occupancy room and an early check in at 10:00 am. Without any prior notice, one of us got to the hotel at 11 and advised that check in can only be done at 2 pm, we waited at the lobby only to findout that we will be given a twin room. Upon complaint, they offered to send someone to push and join the bed. They did, but still uncomfy as the bed was not leveled. I asked for in room dining and they advised that we can just call and order. Upon pick up the phone, it was not working. Only 1 towel was ready in the room and we had to go down to get more. Wifi though works great without too many log in requirements.

Weren’t able to check in to the room early or on time. Didn’t get to room until almost 3:00PM. There was mold in the shower, water on the floor and the hand towel had blood on it. This was a disappointing stay and probably won’t be back.

Second visit...
I have stayed here previously so knew my bed would be comfy which is what I wanted after a long flight. I didn’t however opt for breakfast this time as I remember it not being the best unfortunately on my last stay. The other slight negative is the bar as it is not the most welcoming so I never ventured in. My room however was lovely, spacious, comfy bed, good shower and also there was a bath, it was clean and all staff were extremely friendly and polite. I would stay here again just for one night.

Nice and clean rooftop pool with friendly staff.I was not allowed to use the gym wearing trekking sandals. Good with shuttle to the beach. Mall of the Emirates was further than I expected. The Lexus taxi overcharged, staff should advise guests to use Dubai taxi.
