We stayed at Noon for close to two months, making use of Hotels.com deals and we thoroughly enjoyed it! It’s our favourite hotel apt and we looked at almost all of them. We found staying at a hotel apt during our job hunting in Dubai made settling in that much easier. The apartment has everything you need. It’s incredibly spacious and has all kitchen cutlery, including the dishwasher and a washer. The location is perfect, very central in Dubai, and about 10-15min to a number of other neighbourhoods (Marina, Jumeirah, JLT). You’re also practically next door to the Mall of the Emirates, and about a 10min ride to the beach. Lots of small shops nearby. The cleaning staff and the management were incredible. If anything needed fixing, they took care of it immediately, and we were generally always accommodating. We didn’t need changing of the linens every day, so the cleaning staff was even more accommodating. While our apt was cleaned well, the gym could have been better. The pool is fairly small and is not open till late which is a shame but given we stayed during the summer months, we didn’t end up using it a whole lot. Overal, a wonderful stay.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance the couches are ripped, stained and dirty, the staff is not really customer oriented they are very dry and not really trained for the hospitality industry. I switched rooms twice due to the condition of the furniture.

Bad customer service
It is worst hotel i have been as they dont know how to deal with customer , I have stayed for 5 days then try to extend for two days more but they kick me out to try to call me one thousand time before the check out . The room is so dirty and it has flying bugs and you can see by your eyes when will go there . The parking is worst and dirty as well This hotel is wast of money .

It's the perfect place I've chosen to gather my friends to meet and hang out. And the place is clean and comfortable as well as the room, The pool is great and place is relaxing. We planned to stay there again soon.

O apart hotel e bom, o quarto e amplo, separado da cozinha, o apartamento e muito agradável, só a limpeza que e muito fraca, tanto das áreas comuns quanto do próprio quarto, apesar da equipe de limpeza ser muito simpática, todos muito educados e solícitos. A localização e ótima e a área e muito boa e agradável.

ممتاز في كل شيء، إلا ضيق الغرف
الفندق ممتاز ونظيف، وطاقم الاستقبال ودود وخاصة الأخ: جلال. لكن الغرف ضيقة جدا، فأنا أخذت جناح من غرفتي نوم ومطبخ وصالة، ومع ذلك ما استطعنا النوم، من ضيق المكان، فاضطررنا لأخذ غرفة إضافية، قريب الساعة الواحدة صباحا حتى نتمكن من النوم، علما بأننا زوجان وست أطفال بعضهم صغار جدا.

Hotel à proximité de Emirate mall
Hotel entouré de commerces, de restaurants (restauration rapide), de centre de massage très abordable entre 20 et 50 euros. A 5 minutes du mall point de départ du big bus ( excellent moyen de transport). Famille de 3 enfants nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour dans cet hotel. Pas de mauvaise surprise. Personnel agréable et quartier sans intérêt touristique mais très sympa pour y loger.

Worse hotel dont stay uk review
Iv stayed in alot of hotel in my past but this hotel had to be one of my worse experience iv had. Shame because you can see alot of effect had been pit in thr decorations, For the amount of money spend me and my family waa extremely disappointed. Iv been dubai over 5time and never felt disappoint lile this time. Should of read the review and not looked at the picture. If you dont listen to the review cant say i didnt tell you.

overall it was good. Good location, friendly staff. My only concern was the maintenance piece-sugar/toilet paper wasn't replenished on time, balcony wasn't cleaned, towels had some brown stains on them. Also, the parking was terrible as cars had only one way for entering and exiting the parking lot, and it was quite narrow and small. Sometimes, the room access cards dis-activated suddenly, so we had to ask receptionist to get us new ones several times. I liked the fact that I was upgraded to a more spacious room free of charge.

Moni asia ei täsmännyt mainokseen. Mainoksessa poreamme, pois käytöstä. Sauna, ei käytössä. Höyrysauna, ei käytössä. Varaukseen pistin hakuehdoksi että parveke. Ei parveketta. Piti kuulua pullovesi. Ei ollut kuin ekana pvnä. Shampoot ja luxus pesuaineet. Yhtenä päivänä näitä ja sitten veivät vajaat pullot pois eikä tuoneet uusia. Siivous piti olla joka päivä. Usein tulivat vasta iltaisin, yks ilta koputettiin klo 22.30. Muuten huoneen varustelu hyvä mm. pesukone kuivausrummulla, astianpesukone, induktioliesi, kiertoilmauuni grillillä. sijainti loistava.

Good area, but dirty
It was a nice hotel and the rooms were nice and big. But the rooms were dirty i dont know if the whole hotel was like that i just can speak about the room i was staying in. I had a empty botle under my bed. There was sand on the ground and there was urine on the toilet and underneath the toilet seat. I don’t know if it was a busy time and housekeeping was busy. But I was happy it was a short stay because I didn’t feel comfortable because of the hygiene. I wouldn’t stay back in this hotel apartement because of my experience especially if you look pricewise.

Goed hotel vergeleken met anderen in de wijk!
Zeer goede appartementen, zeker in vergelijking met eerdere boekingen bij soortgelijke appartementenhotels in de wijk. Alles is nog nieuw (bouwjaar 2015), personeel is erg vriendelijk en alles is schoon. Ook de ligging is ideaal (5 minuten lopen naar Emirates Mall, 10/15 minuten naar de metro). Klein minpuntje is dat de inventaris in de keuken beperkt is (weinig glazen, borden etc.). Verder van alle gemakken voorzien.

كنت الاقامة مقبولة رغم اني وصلة الفندق الساعة 12 منتصف اليل يوجد مروغة من قبل موظفي الاستقبال عند الدخول والخروج . يأخد الكثر من المكتوب في الحجز بزيادة بصيطه مثلا 25 درهم والخروج يشوفوا انت تعرف او تمشي علي عند رد التأمين من 200 يعطوا 100 ارجوا الانتباه

Horrible experience & dirty rooms
We checked in to a 2 bedroom suite late at night and I immediately noticed that the hotel looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Once we got to the floor where our room was located the smell of smoke was over barring although I was told it was a non smoking floor. once we got into the apartment we were horrified, the apartment was dirty, the walls in the living room were dirty the kitchen cabinets were dirty and the sheets did not look clean. We had not choice but to sleep and the next morning we went for breakfast and there was no buffet, the waiter informed me that it was not available. I then decided to leave the hotel although we prepaid for four night and only stayed for few hours, I asked for my money back however the front reception refused. I called Expedia and they also couldn't help. we left the hotel and booked another one and I ended up paying twice!! horrible hotel, terrible experience and disgusting room and bathrooms.

Fint hotel, 5 min gang fra Emirates Mall og 10 min kørsel fra stranden. Dejlig mindre pool på taget. Fin mindre morgenmads buffet.
