Not good service A- Not good cleaness B- Toilet & Bath Room no service provide during stay C-No changes of bed sheet during stay. D- You need to call reception for essential service but they did not provide routine room service daily .

The cleaning service left my room open for long time when I came back I found my room open Also I asked for two beds and they gave me one queuen size bed Left two days early and paid for all 6 days

Location is in the heart and lively , near to bus station of naif intersection , walking 15 mins to banyas metro station , air conditioning good but very noisy , they clean room every two days which is not good , tv ok , refrigerator okay , old amenities, safe in the room , escalator is good , staff is okay but not very helpful , during check in they give me only one card inspite we are two and the check in guy give another card after while , overall , not bad

Super friendly and helpful staff! Rooms smell terrible, I don't know why they don't just put air fresheners in there. I had to switch rooms and had to get the room hosed down in air freshener to make it bearable. As I was packing to leave there was some sort of bug on my jacket, not sure if it was bed bug but I was leaving so I didn't really care.

We had a good time . The hotel environment is quiet but the water was too hot and there was no bar to relax. We are confined to our room.

The employee in charge of cleaning the room has a little bit problem of cleaning every day justifying he has been busy in cleaning other spaces all the day. Otherwise it a very good hotel to stay in again there. All the reception desk, and security employees are very good in their service. For other viewers the location of the hotel is a litter longer distance from the nearest Metro station, Banyias, thus be ready to walk about 15 minutes to reach there.

Nice hotel but no fruit :-(
Overall it was good, no fruit provided as I have seen in pictures, and receptionist promise to check and reply, but after staying 3 nights still no fruit, so it would be better if they can remove those pictures so it don’t give a wrong impression to customers

Very nice hotel for always
I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Everyday in the hotel was very amazing. I walked to Sakba to shop and the street were the hotel is located is a busy street so it was easy to mix up and one did not need to worry about safety.

We stayed here for 12 nights and had a ok room although a little tight as the desk and chair were at the foot of the bed so we couldn't actually sit on the chair as it was a real squeeze. we also had the baby's cot in there so made it even less spacious. Staff were very friendly. The only member of staff not so friendly is woman who deals with reservation's on the phone I rang before arrival and she was very rude and unhelpful. Rooms could be cleaner the wardrobe doors were abit greasy shower tray was dirty. The location is tricky as taxi drivers don't know where it is even when u mention Al futtaim mosque. luckily my partner has a good memory.Hairdryer wasn't working and took 4 days to replace. Nice crisp white bed linen and towels. rooms have a safe and iron which were useful.

The reason I'm giving this hotel a rating of one only is the hotel management . I received an email less than 24 hrs before my check in asking me to call the hotel urgently [ Phone call not an email ! ] or else my booking will go . I was in a South east Asian country and about to board a flight . I spent a stressful time trying to contact the number they gave me [ It was an operator ] and the phone calls cost me 30-40 dollars . [ I was using UK number while calling Dubai from Vietnam ] After I finally managed to speak to someone from the hotel , they told me they don't know why I was asked to contact them or who asked me [ during the phone call , I received NO apology at all ] . When I checked in next day I asked for an explanation but I thought the hotel staff were defensive , casual and very unsympathetic . [ I still didn't I received any sort of apology at all ] . They asked me to forward the email to them and the hotel manager will look at it . No reply yet and looking at the hotel attitude I don't expect this to happen . This incident was rather a small thing and related to a human error and If at any stage someone just whispered to me the magic ward " Sorry " my review might have been different . For sure I will not stay in this hotel again .

Hotel staff were very nice and helpful and the room itself was quite nice. It's in an area that's not touristy but it's a quick 10min walk to the metro so the location is pretty convenient

probleem van warm water dat niet of nauwelijks warm is en lawaaierige airconditioning zoals een vrachtwagenmotor. De kamers worden bewoond en ongelukken van vorige klanten (brandplekken van sigaretten, beschadigd meubilair, ...) zijn niet geregeld. Wat mij betreft, als een westerse gebruiker, is het alleen voor de hoffelijkheid van het personeel dat dit hotel een niveau krijgt en van "voldoende" passes de "normaliteit" bereikt. hotel heeft een opknap beurt nodig.

Total dreckiges hotel mit einem sehr unfreundlichen personal an der rezeption welcher nichtmal bereit war uns einen parkplatz zu stellen oder hilfe anzubieten, zusätzlich gab es kein klopapier und nur 1 kleines handtuch für 2 personen ,dafür aber ein benutztes kondom in der schublade und essensreste auf dem tisch und haare im bett. Nicht empfehlenswert, nie im leben.
