Hospedate en el Taj. El hotel es cómodo y limpio. Las señoritas de recepción son calidas, amables y profesionales. El centro de la ciudad es accesible a pie y en el shuttle desde el hotel. El concierge es profesional y atento. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, frescas y limpias. Pueden mejorar en ser más detallados en la limpieza de las paredes de la bañera. El desayuno es un buffet basto, los meseros pueden mejorar en su atención al comensal.

There was water leaking at my room which spoiled some of my clothes, they tried to remove it but shrink a couple of pieces. I was upgraded to another room but I wished they were more responsible on the clothes. I did not mind on the upgrade.

Falta de servicio del hotel, Goteras en el cuarto
Muy regular, el precio no se corresponde con servicio que prestan. En el cuarto que estuve hubo una gotera que caía en la cama. La solución que me dieron fue correr la cama y colocar un balde. Motivo por el cual no pude pasar una buena noche. Era una gotera antigua que no habían solucionado antes y con las lluvias salieron a flote. Él techo estaba amarillo y manchado desde antes que lloviera. No me hicieron ningún descuento, ni hubo ninguna preocupación por parte del hotel de compensarnos de alguna manera, o de resarcir en algo la situación. Simplemente me dijeron, si algún día vuelve le haremos un descuento. No lo recomiendo, con ese precio hay mejores hoteles en la zona, más nuevos y mas económicos. Pague casi 4.000 US por 3 noches El hotel en general no es malo, lo que es malo es el servicio que brinda a los huéspedes. Una gotera para que salga de esa manera en el techo lleva mucho tiempo sin arreglarse, el agua no se filtra y se manifiesta de un día para otro.

Hotel decepcionante. La piscina no es lo parecía en las fotos, se ve antigua, y a las 12:00 y pico deja de darle el sol. En las fotos se veía un rooftop estupendo y no lo es, es el balcón de la suite de no sé que. Vengo bastante a Dubai pero no volveré nunca a este hotel

Greeted with a warm welcome and drink. The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. The restaurants are excellent as is the breakfast. The gym was 24hr and all around the facilities were of a very good standard.
