Always amazing but the room service very slow and limited, probably because covid situatio, anyway we will be back for sure. An special mention to Roberta at the Italian restaurant, you are the best and my wife and me will never forget your kind attention.

Excelente Hotel en Palm Jumeirah. Muy moderno y con una idea diferente a los ya existentes. Restaurantes Tops, piscinas geniales. En general personal muy agradable. Por poner 2 pegas constructivas y dar “sólo” el 9,5: se podría limpiar más las habitaciones en vez de sólo cambiar toallas y el desayuno (excelente) debería ser fresco a diario, por el precio que tiene no debería estar un mismo bizcocho 3 días seguidos.

Everyone at the property was so helpful and pleasant. The room was nice and spacious, clean & the balcony area overlooked the pool area and the beach which was an amazing view. Taxi/Uber service was easily accessible.

Stayed at the W palm during feb 2024 half term with 2 and 5 year olds, the staff were great with the children which made the holiday so much more enjoyable. Hotel is trendy, and busy at weekends (esp Friday but all of Dubai is as expats party in the hotels), but we just went out for the day. There are adult only areas, which is fine as still pool/beach/kids club/restaurants you can use. Dubai has so many choices when looking for a hotel, but I’d recommend the W for families.

We stayed at the W hotel for 5 nights and the hotel in the weekend is a club rather than a 5* hotel. Music is blasting from different directions literally all day/night. The hotel beach and swimming pool areas were populated by huge number of external guests and that really spoiled the hotel environment and the service one would expect from a 5* hotel. If you want to stay in a hotel that feels like a club in Ibiza, then this is a perfect place for you. If you want a relaxing and a nice ambient hotel with good service, then go elsewhere. Note: it was better during the week days but unfortunately the weekend situation killed the hotel for us.

Never came back again.Ther day before we were to leave my wife had a bad case of food poising from one of the restaurants in the hotel. My wife was very sick, and I needed to call the doctor as she was very unwell (shacking, dehydrated, body aching then diarrhea and vomiting over 20 times with a temperature in excess of 38* to 39*). The doctor came and put her on IV drip (4 different drips), plus medication. To make it worse my wife was bed ridden, we were all stressed, and I advised the reception that night that we would need to hold the room. They said it’s fine (no one has booked the room to date) and available to finalise in the morning. To my dismay they then advised us we had to relocate to another smaller room the following day, whilst my wife was still in pain, lying in bed with still symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting. Whilst being sick my wife had to pack her bags with us and relocate to another floor which was way further from the lifts which aggravated my wife to walk further. I believe before you give this room away it should be fully sterilised by health requirements which shocked me that it was leased to another party in a couple hours, we vacate the room. We are very disappointed with the hotel and the way we have been treated, saying you probably got it from eating out of the hotel, but this was not the case as we didn’t leave the hotel for 2 days prior. My daughter then got an eye infection and temperature over 39*, doctor believes it was from the pool

We had an incredible experience during our stay in Dubai, and this hotel truly struck the perfect balance. If you're in search of a stylish and welcoming hotel with an exceptional staff, this is the place for you. While it's true that you can find more luxurious and extravagant hotels, this one provides outstanding value for the experience. The location is excellent, but it's important to note that the hotel is situated a bit away from downtown and major activities, requiring a short drive or taxi ride. Nevertheless, the warm welcome and excellent service we received made it entirely worthwhile. The breakfast was a highlight, so be sure not to miss that delightful part of your stay.

This hotel had a modern flair if that is what you want, but very beautiful! It was a 10/10. The hotel in and out were clean and well kept. The staff were friendly, helpful and inviting. Taxis and transport are always available and the staff always helped with obtaining. I know I will be back to Dubai and I will be back to this same hotel! Amazing!

Fantastic stay. Great service. Great hotel. Only 2 improvement ideas: - More offer and activities for children - At some time no music at the rooftop bar. It is pretty loud especially when you have the suites below the rooftop bar

I've stayed at W Hotels all over the world. This one is OK but a little tired. The staff is fantastic and the food is good, but the obscene prices on everything put a very sour taste in my mouth. A bottle of sunscreen was AED 240. Breakfast was AED 140. The restaurants are about double the price they feel they should be. They call you a guest but you feel like a victim because it's a resort where nothing else is close so you end up spending a lot of money there. I won't go back. They are taking advantage of their guests in my opinion.

Our experience at the W Palm was Amazing. The venue, the rooms, the amenities are top notch. Most impressively were the super friendly staff. Their attention to details, were on point. They surprised me the day of my birthday day by setting balloons and cake a chocolate and a nice note celebrating me. They exceeded my expectations. We will definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future.
