Agradece ver a Sandra de recepción quien nos dio un trato humano y cálido resolviendo si nuestras dudas y necesidades durante nuestro proceso de check in. La otra chica que está en recepción NO es nada amable y trata muy despectivo a la gente, hay mucha diferencia en el trato al cliente entre Sandra y la otra chica, y un cliente recomienda o regresa conforme al trato que le dan en el lugar.

El hotel bien ubicado y muy buena conexión de transporte al aeropuerto y al centro. Zona tranquila, con test orantes y supermercados cerca. Habitación cómoda. Positivo, alojamiento con buena ubicación, 15 min al centro caminando, habitaciones en muy buen estado de conservación. Bus al aeropuerto a 100 mts. Negativo, no nos dieron la habitación hasta las 15 horas y no como pone en la web a las 14 horas. No nos hicieron la habitación un día y el resto se limitaron a hacer las camas y reponer toallas, no limpiaron nada mas ni moqueta, ni baño , la limpieza de habitación durante la estancia muy muy mal.

Room was located immediately adjacent to smoking area of bar, creating loud noise until it closed every night. Upon check in I asked for a different room, but was told other rooms were worse. :(

We stayed here for the first two nights of our trip to Dublin before we Hotel hopped. The hotel was clean and once you're inside of it, a little tricky to navigate but maybe because where we were, it was definitely quiet. Parking was a pain because it was about 12 minute walk away from the hotel. They validated the parking and gave me a discount but did not cover the full charge of the parking fee so beware if you're renting a car. We chose the location because it was close to the city and we can walk in whenever we wanted. If you don't have a car that's okay but be prepared to walk. Check-in was great and the service was really good and no complaints there.

We loved staying the night. The location was perfect, and the room was very nice. Only drawback was our room location and noise from the smoking courtyard below.

Room wasn't ready at check in time. Also was not fully cleaned -the tea and coffee mugs never replaced nor items replenished. Ate in the pub and maybe we chose badly but it was awful for the price. Would not return. Bed was comfortable. We had a double room which shows a couch in the pictures but there was no couch.

Check in was a little confusing but ok. Hotel layout is odd with the staff actually providing an escort to your room as it’s likely guests would get lost finding the rooms. Stayed on the street side which would have been loud, but they have good soundproof windows which were appreciated. Fantastic rain head shower which we enjoyed.

Close enough but not too far from the River Liffey separating north and south Dublin approx 25-30min walk to the river past a great selection of restaurants and tourist spots.The room in hotel was stunning for the price huge bed would be big enough for three people if thats your thing, shower a good size aswell.

This property is a maze. They did not make check in or check out easy on us. We also had a car and had to park in a parking garage that was a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.

The attached restaurant and bar served a great selection of meals and beers. The building is H shaped and was a bit confusing trying to get around with all the doors and stairways to navigate.

Room was clean and fresh towels provided each day. City centre location so will be bustling all hours of the day but walkable to anything or easy to catch a taxi right out front. The front desk will also call you a taxi. The hotel bar and kitchen was open very late, 11pm or so which is rare most cities or hotels. Parking is not easy. Parking is about a 15 minute walk away in a parking garage. Late at night walking back didn’t always feel safe. Very expensive too, even with hotel validation. Would not suggest renting a car or driving in Dublin unless you are very confident. Take a taxi or the bus. Cute little coffee shops all up and down the street nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee is in your room but not free at the coffee stations around. They do have free chilled drinking water to fill up a bottle or container. Overall wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

The hotel as very clean and housekeeping were thorough. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. The area had great restaurants and it was easy to get to major sites around Dublin.

I always think that to get a 5 star it has to be perfect. It would have been perfect if i didn't have to wait around for 15 minutes to check in. I had to contact via expedia as the number I was calling, had nobody to man it. To make it even better the lovely gentleman that checked me in gave me directions to the reception 15 minutes before, took my name, got me to sign a document and gave me quick instructions to my room. I received no information on where things were around the city, i wasnt even offered the free map on the desk. Basically other than feeling like someone wanted to get rid of me from the hotel for being an inconvenience to the busy trade of wetherspoons. I had an excellent stay

There is one receptionist working during the evening times to cover the entire Hotel, meaning they will sometimes need to attend to other duties away from the desk. As for the information, not all of our guests are interested in things to do in the city. A lot of our guests are here for work, or already local to the area. The hotel was really nice, our room was spacious and clean and the property was unique and charming and in a great location. The reason why the review is not 5 star is because of what happened after we left. My daughter left her envelope of foreign currency (a substantial amount) in the safe, which we had opened to take out our passports. As soon as she realized (once we had already left the city), she called the hotel and was told that the money was not found. We know this to be untrue as the envelope was definitely left in the safe. The person she spoke to said they would look into it further and call her back, which they never did. A very disappointing end to what had been a terrific stay. Upsetting that someone was dishonest and that the money wasn’t turned in once the room was cleaned after we left. Also disappointing that the hotel front desk did not follow up as promised. Due to this, we would not stay here again and would warn others to be extra cautious
