The prices we are charging are in conformity with the regulations of Failte Ireland, but Dublin can be quite expensive, especially if there are events going on in the city. Had this been mentioned at the time, our 24 hour reception team may have been able to assign a rear facing room depending on our availability, and in any case could have supplied you and your guests with earplugs for a bit more peace and quiet. We have passed on your comments on the cleanliness and faults of the room to our housekeeping and maintenance teams at the hotel so corrective action can be taken and so we can identify ways to continually improve our service.
