Espectacular
El hotel y la habitación con terraza tienen una vista inolvidable del mar. El servicio es excelente y personalizado, agradezco a Ilayda por toda su colaboración que permitió que tengamos una estadía especial. El desayuno es muy variado y con productos de primera calidad. Hay spa, salón de belleza, sala de juegos de niños y rent a car. Se puede ir caminando al Old Town.

La verdad es que la experiencia en el hotel fue excelente. El personal muy amable y servicial, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y orientar en lo que pudieran. El desayuno incluido en el precio estuvo más que completo y los servicios en el spa fueron de lo mejor. Definitivamente recomendado!

No le gustó: Limpieza y servicio y personal
Pagas tres veces más de lo que vale.
Si cobras más de 600 euros por noche todo debe ser impecable, y este hotel dista mucho de eso. Apuraron al máximo el acceso a la habitación pese a que personalmente vi como la que nos asignaron estaba lista dos horas antes de que nos lo permitieran. No cambiaban las copas usadas en la habitación el día anterior, ni las limpiaban siquiera. Las medidas anti covid eran prácticamente nulas: no controlaban el uso de mascarillas en el interior y las hamacas estaban amontonadas, sin respetar ninguna distancia. En cuanto el acceso a la zona de baño, fomentan que la gente ocupe hamacas a primera hora (poniendo toallas o libros en varias a la vez para reservárselas), aunque no las use, y hace imposible una utilización equilibrada… El desayuno está bien, pero es un buffet absolutamente descontrolado, donde todo el mundo campa a sus anchas. Las camas, cómodas, pese a que el hotel es bastante feo. En fin, nada, pero nada, recomendable.

TERRIBLE LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
Terrible. Esperaba mucho de este hotel por las fotos y realmente esta terrible sucio, una falta de mantenimiento total, paredes rotas y manchadas, todo el hotel muy descuidado. Solo el desayuno lo salva que esta muy completo (pero los meseros no limpian las mesas y nos sentábamos en mesa asquerosamente sucias y para terminar salió una cucaracha de la mesa en pleno desayuno). La cama muy cómoda y ubicación muy buena. Pero de verdad NO lo recomiendo.

I stayed with my boyfriend and we loved everything in the hotel. the location, pool and sea at the same time, everything very clean, veyrycomplet buffet in breakfast. But the best was that on 18th august were my boyfriend's birthday and they made a birthday cake and left it in the room, with a greeting card and a bottle of champagne, it was a very good gesture. we love Dubrovnik and the hotel was amazing. no fue un hospedaje como el que esperaba
todo muy bien, solo el baño fue terrible, por su mal diseño, el agua de la regadera se derramaba por todo el piso. El lavabo diseñado para personas de muy baja estatura, muy incomodo y hasta molesto para la espalda agacharte. Además en mi habitación el escusado WC no tenia puerta, por alguna razón quitaron la puerta y así rentaron la habitación, eso no se hace en un hotel de lujo, si la habitación no esta al 100% no se renta. La tina de baño con cabellos largos, falta de limpieza.

Muy buen hotel con spa y vista al mar
El hotel está ubicado frente al mar, por lo que la vista desde el balcón de nuestra habitación fue hermosa. Los servicios del spa son muy buenos, e incluyen sauna, baños de vapor y piscina cubierta (era pleno invierno). El trato del personal de recepción y atención al huésped es excelente, y cabe destacar el esfuerzo de una de las empleadas por atendernos hablando en idioma castellano. El desayuno correcto para un 5*. Decidimos no cenar en el Rixos, ya que nos resultaba honeroso para nuestro presupuesto. Encontramos en las cercanías el restaurant Magallan que recomendamos por calidad, atención del personal y precio. Si bien estábamos con auto y estacionábamos con toda facilidad en el parking del establecimiento, decidimos utilizar el bus (la parada está a unos trescientos metros) para acercarnos a la Puerta Pile y recorrer el casco histórico, que es una zona peatonal. Pudimos comprar en la recepción del hotel la Dubrovnik Card que incluye el uso del transporte público. Recomendamos ampliamente este establecimiento para quienes deseen visitar esta inolvidable ciudad fortificada.

This is a wonderful hotel, luxury from the moment you step through the door. A special mention for the SPA which is exceptional. Views and setting are spectacular, and the old town walls are only 20 minutes walk.

The staff have been very friendly and conscientious throughout our stay. Very nice rooms, clean hotel and a really nice location. The food was all cooked to a high standard and the buffet breakfast and dinners were really good. The spa facility was also brilliant. Great hotel, would definitely recommend and return.

We received a warm welcome. The staff are incredible. The spa is wonderful and the food is really impressive. It is a fantastic hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

My wife and I heartedly recommend this hotel for an extended stay in Dubrovnik. We visited in early April therefore It was luxury within a reasonable cost. Even in April Dubrovnik was crowded yet we were able to see all the sites, take boat tour as well as visit the top of the mountain overlooking the town

Our stay at Rixos Dubrovnik was faultless. The hotel was in a perfect location and the views from our suite and from the balcony where we ate breakfast were stunning. All the staff were impeccable and we felt we could not have asked for more. A 20 minute walk to Dubrovnik centre along the coast meant we were able to experience the beauty of the walled city and then return to the hotel to fully relax. The breakfast experience was also faultless with so many options for food and a pianist accompanied our meal. We have vowed to return.
