The bed was not comfortable. But I ADORED the staff. Best happy people and went above I look for breakfast items, there is no real butter and needs better coffee cream options. I visit Duncan once a month every other month.

We hate to hear that your bed was not comfortable, is it everytime or was it just the most recent visit? Next time you visit if you will let the front desk know about your bed so we can get that fixed for you and be sure to ask them about the butter and creamer so they can assist with getting that for you. We appreciate the feed back and look forward to seeing you again

We had booked a room with the golf course view and a bathtub. We had a view of the entryway awning and only a shower in the room. The only one who was helpful, during our two days, was the breakfast lady.

Oklahoma trip
Checked in easily. Very clean in lobby, elevator, hallways and room. Couldn’t hear neighbors or other guests. The only thing I did not like was the entrance off of HWY81. Difficult to find entrance and had to pull into Applebees parking lot.

Very Enjoyable Stay
Food server at breakfast was very friendly. Same with check-in Monday night. very good breakfast buffet. Also liked having a housekeeping visit in middle of my stay. Most places have given up on that.

Overall the property was great. Lupe in the breakfast room was such a welcoming individual. Always willing to do whatever she could do to help. My two complaints were with the room. The air conditioning did not work consistently. It could be fine one moment & then you were sweating the next, especially during the night. I would wake up a couple of times each night with my hair stuck to my face because it was so hot. Second complaint is that the refrigerator froze everything you put into it, no matter what area of the frig you put the food, it froze!!! Other than that it is an excellent choice & I will stay there again.

We were kind of forced to stay here after Expedia canceled our original hotel last minute. There wasn’t much to choose from, but we were pleasantly surprised. We wouldn’t mind staying here again!
