Great for biking

Convenient to trails. I was able to leave from the condo to access trails. We had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed the upstairs loft space.

Great Experience

There was a small issue with the ode not working when we got there, but the host responded immediately, making it a non-issue. The steps were a little more difficult than we imagined they were goong to be. I think the altitude contributed to this. The property was in a good location, convenient for everything we were doing. Everything was clean. Everything we needed for cooking was there. Plenty of towels. Nice pool and hot tub with two grills which we made good use of. I highly recommend as long as you pack light, plan ahead to minimize the luggage needed to be carried up and down, and don't come and go multiple times per day. 😃

Beautiful place in a beautiful location

My teenager and I stayed at this lovely place while visiting Fort Lewis College and Durango. The space was clean, quiet, and well equipped. Very cozy! It was within walking distance of the university and a short drive to downtown Durango. Very good communication. Highly recommend!

Comfortable place to stay

Great location, close to downtown. Easy check in/out process. Comfortable place to stay. There’s an absurd amount of stairs to get to the house. The fireplace is nonfunctional. The swimming pool and hot tub are not next to the house as the pictures lead you to believe.

Nice condo

Nice condo, the unit was clean and nicely furnished. The complex doesn’t really have green space. FYI, the loft bedroom is open to the living room below which would have been good to know. Great place to stay for active folks.

The smart lock was supposed to be activated at 4PM but was NOT. The VRBO app wasn't working so it took quite awhile to get the correct info to contact the property manager and have her actually set the entrance code. Other than that, things were good.

Excellent location for a family with teens

We had a very positive experience staying at this condo. It was in a quiet area and the location was very convenient. All of the photos and descriptions were accurate. The condo had all of the amenities we needed and we appreciated access to a washer and dryer. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus and were well maintained. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Very convenient condo in Durango

Well equipped condo in Durango. Convenient location and easy access to shopping and attractions. Condo is well equipped, clean and great for large family. All beds were comfortable and clean. The walkway from parking lot to the front door is long but besides bringing luggage was not an issue. Thanks for sharing your home!!!

Wonderful Durango Getaway!

We loved our stay at this condo. Perfectly located, close to everything but far enough for quiet space. The pool and hot tub are a big bonus! The condo was very clean and stocked with all necessities and more. We hope to come back very soon!
