La cabina de Tim en Two Stone Row está ubicada en una hermosa propiedad de 85 acres en el norte del Condado de Albemarle en Earlysville, Virginia. La cabaña se encuentra en lo alto de una pequeña colina rodeada de árboles con una abertura que da a las montañas Blue Ridge. Es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de un apacible entorno rural de Virginia; Relájese junto al fuego, disfrute de un café en el porche o pesque / bote en el estanque privado de la propiedad.  También puede pasar un día en los viñedos Moss Vineyards y Glasshouse Winery (ambos a 20 minutos en automóvil) o dirigirse al centro de Charlottesville, a solo 12 millas de distancia, para disfrutar de una comida y vida nocturna.



Esta cabaña de madera maravillosamente restaurada se construyó con troncos históricos de pino blanco originarios de Virginia Occidental y pino viejo de corazón, ampliamente utilizado en la restauración. La cabina duerme 4 con una cama queen arriba y un sofá cama en el salón principal.  El nivel principal tiene un plano de planta abierto que proporciona una cocina completa, una mesa de desayuno para 4 personas y una sala de estar centrada alrededor de una chimenea de piedra. Una configuración de TV de pantalla plana con Apple TV está disponible para disfrutar de tus programas y películas favoritos. El dormitorio de arriba ofrece otra chimenea de leña y baño completo. Fuera del nivel principal, en la parte trasera de la cabina, hay un porche que da a Blue Ridge.



Los huéspedes del establecimiento también tienen acceso a los jardines y al uso del estanque privado cercano.

Para aquellos que tienen fiestas más grandes que 4, Emily's Cabin, también se alquila en la propiedad y tiene capacidad para 4 personas. Perfecto para amigos y familiares que quieran estar cerca.

property had everything you need for a quiet time in the woods. Very clean nice furniture well taken care of and clean. Only thing I wish they had was a shower vs. bath tub only. Great location for visiting vineyards, monticello or downtown charlottesville.

A Lovely Couples Getaway

My partner and I had a lovely anniversary getaway to Tim’s Cabin! The cabin itself had a perfect location, situated deep in the woods. At night we sat and listened to the crickets outside, enjoying the separation from our usual city life. The house was around 20 minutes from downtown Charlottesville and 30 minutes from Shenandoah, so it was a perfect mix of country, downtown, and nature!Would love to come back again.

Rustic Cabin

This cabin was great even with 4-6 inches of snow during our stay. The fireplaces kept us cozy, and we had plenty of nice dry firewood the whole time. The back porch offers beautiful mountain views.

Mountain Getaway

My husband and I found this amazing property for a quick and easy getaway weekend. The space was absolute perfection for us - we enjoyed the quiet outdoors while reading on the back porch, loved using the fireplaces, and had everything we needed at the cabin to cook dinner in and feel so comfortable in the house. We also loved that it was just 25-30 minutes away from downtown Charlottesville so we could still go out to dinner one night. We will definitely be back - thank you for sharing your amazing property!

Lovely get away spot

We had a great long weekend in Tim's Cabin. The online listing is one of the most accurate we've ever seen. The descriptions were spot on. The cabin is comfy and views are amazing. We especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplaces. Location is ideal for getting out exploring, hiking, and winery hopping. Well worth the trip and would recommend.

Wilderness Log Cabin... 3 miles from Harris Teeter

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim’s Cabin in Earlysville. It was so quiet and peaceful at the cabin, it was hard to believe we were minutes from Charlottesville. The cabin was comfortable and full of rustic charm. We liked to sit on the back porch enjoying the stunning view of the Blue Ridge and the occasional pileated woodpecker or hawk. It turned cool one night so we took advantage of the firepit, star gazed, and were surprised to hear an exchange between two Eastern Screech-owls. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the property and going for walks in the nearby woods. A wonderful place to stay and we hope to return again someday.

Charming Cabin

Tim’s Cabin was the perfect place to getaway and relax for a few days. It’s quiet and cozy. We had a storm come through and the owner was nice to check on us the next day. He gifted us a bottle of wine and some delicious honey from his property. Thanks so much Gordon!

Paradise in Albermarle County

This stay surpassed all my greatest expectations. Nestled in the forest a half mile from the road is the authentic 18th century cabin; immaculately restored and furnished with period pieces throughout. I was greeted by the charming host who proudly maintains his family farm. I was invited to wander the property, to visit and tour his home to canoe on the large pond. If you even want to draw yourself away from Two Stone row, there is much to do in the area: Charlottesville is 6 miles away, dozens of wineries in the immediate area, and an afternoon trip will get you the hill cities of The Appalachians and of course, Monticello and Montpelier. But mainly, I will remember watching the deer from the porch of this historic log cabin. I dream to spend more time here in the future.

Vacation visit

We liked the pictures of Tim's cabin on the web site, but we were pleasantly surprised at how much better the place was than the pictures. The hosts have done an excellent job of preserving the charm of the cabin, while updating it to be very comfortable. The setting is absolutely beautiful with views of the mountains, trees all around, wildlife in abundance, all while providing a very private quiet stay. Access to Charlottesville, and all the wineries and is also very convenient. All in all, it was a great stay and I suspect that we will be returning when we can.

Little treasure

We have been very fortunate to travel to quite a few places, and this little cabin ranks up there as one of the best. Comfy, warm, inviting, it was a pleasant stay. Loved the logs, two fireplaces, and antique decorations. It was tucked away quiet and secluded with a beautiful view to the Blue Mountains, but close and convenient to many things. The only thing we thought it could use was more/brighter lighting downstairs. We would absolutely return again. Thank you for sharing. And thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine. Sorry you were out of town and we couldn’t meet you.

Gordon and Jean were fantastic hosts as well as their dog Mosby! The cabin and property were beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend in Charlottesville and will definitely be back to stay with them again!
