El staff de este hotel realmente hace la diferencia en tu estancia. Viajamos en grupo 4 habitaciones 7 adultos y 3 niños. Todos fueron muy cordiales y amables especialmente Basha. Mis nietas quedaron encantadas. Les dio hojas para colorear, las consintió en los desayunos. Basha hizo realmente que nuestra estancia fuera espectacular. Esperamos todos tengan la suerte de interactuar con esta encantadora persona.

Mala experiencia
El peor hotel de 4 estrellas en el que me he hospedado. Habitaciones muy mal insonorizadas. Limpieza muy escasa. Las camas no las hacen y la habitación no la recogen ni limpian a diario. El colchon estaba pintado y como la cama no estaba bien hecha podias dormir directamente sobre el propio colchón y ver las las pintadas del colchón. No tienen botellas de agua en todo el alojamiento nu gratis ni de pago. La reposición de toallas escasa

Property was clean and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable although pillows were not (in my opinion, I realize this is subjective). Water pressure was good and hot in the shower but it was not easy getting in and out of the tub the way it was positioned in the room. The main negative for us was that it wasn't really in close walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. When we got back from touring each day and were too exhausted to go very far, we ended up eating 3 nights in the hotel because it was the line of least resistance. The restaurant was nice and reasonably priced, however. Overall a great find and the most reasonably priced for that immediate area.

We had to wait around 10mins for someone to come to reception to check in even although we had checked in online we still needed to collect the key. Room was lovely and clean but a bit dated. The shower only trickled. All In a lovely stay and did the job for a night. Beds were nice and comfy

Not worth the money stay elsewhere. The room & bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in, the wood was split & looked like it had been filled in. Gaps where lock goes into frame & paintwork different colour, bathroom door paint work not re-done . Scratched paintwork on walls. Stains on the carpet. Awful leather pullout bed which didn’t match the room. Only one side of the bed had a shelf that acted as a bedside unit. Fridge in the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned for ages & no water provided. Spy hole fitting on the door was hanging off on both sides & we had to try tighten it up. Bathroom was mismatched. Panelling on two sides & what look like new cheap white tiles on one side. Grout from the tiles on the adjoining panel hadn’t been washed off. There were scum marks all over the panels as if it hadn’t been cleaned down properly. A clear hole in the bath which had been filled with filler & filler had been spread right along top of bath - tap end. The bottom of the bath had a painted square of something that felt gritty. The filler and the painted patch were both a completely different colour white to the bath itself. People are paying over £200 a room, buy a new bath for God sake with anti-slip built-in. Multiple stains on the ceiling downstairs in the bar which just look unsightly. If I’m staying in a four-star hotel & paying £23 for breakfast, I expect table service with fresh made to order food, not a buffet breakfast. Carpet near bathroom, tripping hazard.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very nice and comfortable rooms, delicious dinner/bar at night, friendly staff, plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. The Edinburgh Castle is a 20 minute walk.

Carpet in hallways needs to be replaced. There was no phone in our room and maintenance was unable to get the wiring fixed so they could put a phone in the room. Thought location would be closer to the castle and Royal Mile, but it is far.
