Más que un hotel parecía un b & b. Estábamos en la segunda planta y no tenía ascensor. La habitación era extremadamente pequeña, sin espacio siquiera para abrir la maleta. La cama pequeña e incómoda y la conexión wifi no funcionaba. Lo mejor el desayuno, por la tranquilidad.

Esperamos que vuelvan a hospedarse con nosotros en su proxima visita a Edinburgh, y quizas reservar una habitacion mas grande. La habitacion que reservaron es la mas pequena que tenemos. Gracias por su feedback.

Pequeño y precioso
Este hotel es una maravilla: no tan central que sea desagradable, pero a veinte minutos de caminata del centro turístico, cerca de restaurantes deliciosos y con un staff maravilloso. Un agrado quedarse aquí.

Pesadilla!!!!
Es una pesadilla no un hotel !!!Habitaciones oscuras y con una ventanita puequeña como en la cárcel .Servicio intenta ser amable pero hay algunas antipáticas,camarera canaria muy servicial y profesional ,pero la cocina del restaurante pésima yo creo que en la cocina no hay ni cocinero porque comida es un insulto para cocineros profesionales,verdaderamente les puede amargar las vacaciones este B&B porque hotel no puedo llamarlo!!!!

Un hotel sin más!
El wi fi no servía en las habitaciones, en el desayuno pedí el cambio de cubiertos 2 veces, por que estaban mal lavados. En mi búsqueda hicimos reserva para tres en esta página y cual fue mi sorpresa que todo había sido reservado para dos, toco abonar 100 libras más por un sofá cama que ponía desde el principio que lo tenía la habitación.

The only disappointing thing about hotel was the dining this was due to no vegan options on the menu.

What a beautiful hotel! Every room is absolutely gorgeous. The food is delicious and the staff is so kind. 3 days was not long enough!

10s all around
We were welcomed by a very smiley receptionist which made us feel very welcoming. Stopped in the georgian suite which was really spaceious, bed was amazing. The bathroom was nice and big with free standing bath and walk in shower. Full english breakfast was really nice. Location was in perfect.place. really nice stop would stop again. All the staff were pleasent. Thankyou

1 Night in Edinburgh
Just a one night stay. Was in room 9 which was very spacious. Nicely decorated and very clean. My only suggestion would be to possibly put a fridge in the room,

Charming hotel, great service
No 11 is a charming hotel with great service. The staff is small, helpful and very friendly. The dinners I had at the Brasserie Restaurant are possibly the best I have ever had. As someone said, "Michelin quality without the Michelin price".

Nice place with a very good restaurant. Spacious and charming. We were there during a heat wave and our top floor room was miserably hot. Not their fault, of course. There was no lift and we had a lot of luggage. Housekeeping staff was not especially well trained. Price was rather on the high side, but perhaps that is just the market in Edinburgh. All in all, a nice stay.

Not to be recommended
Generally dirty, small creatures in the shower and tiles hanging loose. The bathroom was in the room so very open plan. We only saw a member of staff of check in and as we left, so no one to help book a taxi or give advice. It is absolutely not a 4 star.

Well worth the price. Deco is amazing and to a high standard. Very comfortable bed and high quality bedding. Beautiful bathroom. Very helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again when in Edinburgh.

Hotels.Com let us down on this one
The staff were superb, friendly and helpful. Room however was dire, and downstairs in a basement with relatively easy access to the street, the privacy blind was broken, no safe, so security was a major problem as you could look in from the street. Neither my wife nor I slept well. No internet in the room at all, could not even hotspot from my phone as it is difficult to get phone coverage in a basement, no working TV because it worked on the internet, the toilet flush was broken, stuck on the flush, needed night porter to disconnect, no desk level table or work area. Lost an hour trying to log into work and social time as a consequence, I had to use the internet upstairs in the restaurant area, in the afternoon and the evening. The gourmet restaurant closed due to a shortage of staff, phone was not answered for the same reason before arriving. An irony was the shower was the best on a 7 day trip, but it was in the same area as the toilette, so not ideal.

Absolutely AMAZING hotel. We booked one of the Georgian suites and I cannot recommend it more. Absolutely stunning room. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast and coffee were so delicious. The whole hotel is cute and in a great location. Just a short walk to calton hill!

Brilliant Hotel and Restaurant
From the outside the Hotel looked like it was under refurbishment with a property next door boarded up. On entering the receptionist Heather was very attentive and helpful. Our room had been recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The shower room was huge and could have included a bath and this would add to the attraction. As it was very cold outside we decided to eat in the hotel and again the service was first class, by the lady in charge, and the food high quality. The presentation of the food was of top restaurant quality and once tasted, it is a must choice for subsequent visits. We will be back anytime we're in Edinburgh.
