Puntos fuertes: buena ubicación, el proceso de checking y checkout comodísimo, el personal muy agradable, sin ruidos en las habitaciones. A mejorar: La habitación no conseguimos que la limpiaran en los 4 días que estuvimos, un día fue por nuestra culpa pero los otros, ni idea. La habitación es fría, tarda en calentar. El último día se rompieron las 2 máquinas de café y no pudimos desayunarlo.

Excelente servicio
Servicio al cliente excelente por parte de todo el personal. Solamente una observación, cuanto hicieron la limpieza en el 3er día de estancia, sólo tendieron la cama pero no asearon el baño

El hotel queda ubicado a 15-18 minutos de los principales atractivos turísticos. La habitación es mucho más pequeña de lo que se ve en las fotos.. buen desayuno y trato amable por parte de quienes están en recepción.

BUEN LUGAR PARA HOSPEDARSE Y EXPLENDIDO PERSONAL.
EL HOTEL SE ENCUENTRA A 10 O 15 MINUTOS DEL CASTILLO, ESTÁ BIEN COMUNICADO. EN LAS INMEDIACIONES HAY LOCALES PARA PODER COMER Y TOMARTE UNAS PINTAS. EL PERSONAL FUÉ MUY AGRADABLE. NOSOSTROS NO HABLAMOS INGLES PERO NOS AYUDO MUCHO EL PERSONAL ESPAÑOL, DON ALVARO Y UNA CHICA DE SEVILLA QUE TRABAJAN EN EL HOTEL. EL DESAYUNO ES SUFICIENTE NO SE PUEDE COMPARAR CON LOS BUFFET ESPAÑOLES, PERO ES CORRECTO.

El personal es muy amable y el hotel está bien localizado La habitación es muy pequeña básicamente es una cama doble y un baño. Es mucho más pequeña de lo que se ve en las fotografías. Ni siquiera hay un pequeño closet

Mi familia y yo ( 11 mexicanos ) estuvimos de acuerdo, que lo mejor es el servicio del personal, todos trabajando, todos con una sonrisa cálida, todos impecables wow nos encantó, el desayuno bufete incluído es genial, rico y variado. La ubicación e instalaciones de 10, volvería a hospedarme sin duda. Felicidades !!!

Alojamiento moderno, bien comunicado y cercano al Castillo de Edimburgo. Sin duda lo más destacable ha sido el trato del personal, en especial de Álvaro y otro chico con acento argentino (perdona que no recuerde tu nombre!) que desde el primer momento nos ayudaron con recomendaciones. Como recomendación a la hora de escoger habitación, y que en mi caso no me di cuenta, es elegir una con ventana, ya que nos tocó una que no tenía y se puede hacer algo agobiante. En conclusión, una excelente elección calidad-precio que si volvemos, sin duda escogeremos de nuevo.

Todo estuvo Perfecto, nos recibió el personal hablando español y cuando salimos nos resolvieron todas las dudas del transporte. Durante la estadía no hubo ningún problema, todo estaba limpio y en orden y así estuvo durante los 5 días que nos hospedamos ahí. Definitivamente volvería

Bien situado y staff súper atento.
El hotel está muy bien situado para recorrer la ciudad a pie, cerca del centro y bien comunicado con el aeropuerto. La habitación pequeñita pero confortable la única pega es que no tiene armario. El desayuno correcto: variedad de bolleria,yogures,cereales,fruta… Lo que marca la diferencia son los empleados especial mención a Marta y Adrián que nos aconsejaron diferentes lugares y sin duda hicieron nuestra estancia más fácil y agradable.

Hotel genial. Muy moderno y cómodo. Buen sitio para ir andando a visitar la ciudad. La habitación es pequeña pero funcional (no dispone de armario como tal) Desayuno continental suficiente para coger fuerzas y empezar a ver monumentos (café,zumos, pan, dulces, cereales, fruta, yogures..) Repetiría sin dudar. Los recepcionistas todos geniales.

Hotel Point A. Haymarket Edimburgo
Hotel funcional, cómodo y en muy buena ubicación con una parada de bus y de trenes a solo 5 minutos a pie. Al centro se llega también en un agradable paseo de no más de 10 minutos. Recepción con trato inmejorable, varios españoles que te atienden genial. Habitación pequeña sin ventana pero cama muy cómoda, tv grande, aire acondicionado y calefacción, lo necesario para una estancia de 3/4 días. Buen desayuno. Recomendable.

We had a great experience st this hotel! Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Near main steeets. Didn’t use taxis at all.

Room was quite small and did not like the glass door on bathroom which did not close properly. Staff were all lovely and very helpful allowed us to check in early which was helpful. Good position to walk into city centre.

Grata service and room was really queen. Only complaint is the bed and pillows were insanely uncomfortable. As the room is small in the first place (which is normally fine), the tiny & uncomfortable bed made the experience not great.

Rudest staff/manager and worst budget inn as this is not even a hotel. Had previously booked for 2 guests and as we got to the hotel, my parents and I were asked to book another room as the other one can't be in the room which we understood. Have contacted Expedia to make it to 3 guests instead but they weren't able to as they already checked us in. We went into the room to talk about booking another room or hotel as my parents wanted us to be all together in one room. So by 2pm, we booked a much better (which I should've done in the first place) with the nicest and kindest front desk agents. We went to the new hotel to check in and went back to Point A to grab our stuff and next thing we know, Expedia called me to let me know that they will call the police on us if one wouldn't leave the hotel, unbelievable and very inconsiderate for them to not even ask or think that we're only taking our stuff to transfer to the other hotel. Money wasn't the problem as we will truly book another as 3 guests can't be accomodated but this kind of welcome to us to this beautiful country was beyond unpleasant, discourteous and ill-mannered. We truly understand that they're doing their job but there's a better way of handling this but to threaten us was a different thing. We didn't even touch a single thing from this inn and not even a single soul slept in the room we still managed to pay because of what happened. I will never recommend this to anyone.

This place was great only downside is that there’s no parking available. We had to pay a parking spot 2 blocks away so not terrible. Walk to the Edinburgh castle it’s only 12 minutes.
