I am absolutely appauled by the lack of competence! My money was taken in june for a stay in october (full amount) the day before travelling i received the email with all the door codes etc so I thought great 👍 then the day of travel I received an email to say my stay had been cancelled 😡 but to top it off I had to rebook abother place to stay and wait for my refund which i had to chase!! Not impressed at all by their customer service and also wont be using vrbo again as there was a lack of support from them too.
