Casa de 7 habitaciones con capacidad para albergar hasta 14 personas situada junto al embalse del Burguillo y justo en frente del valle de Iruelas para disfrutar magníficas vistas al embalse del Burguillo. La vivienda está situada en la provincia de Ávila 90 km al oeste de Madrid entre el Tiemblo y el Barraco.
La propiedad está adosada a otras dos viviendas unifamiliares y dispone un amplio jardín con fantásticas vistas al embalse. El recinto también cuenta con amplias zonas comunes, que incluyen también una pista de pádel.
La casa tiene dos plantas. La planta baja cuenta con una cocina muy grande que incluye frigorífico, microondas, lavaplatos industrial y un horno de leña. Cuenta también con dos salones y un comedor así como una habitación doble con baño propio. La parte exterior tiene dos terrazas con vistas al pantano. La planta de arriba cuenta con 6 habitaciones y 4 cuartos de baño, además de una terraza muy grande con vistas al agua.
La recepción de móvil es buena y cuenta con WiFi. Como servicio adicional, se puede disponer de asistenta.

Casa que superó con creces las expectativas
Hemos estado 5 días la familia (en total 11) con abuelos, niños y adultos, y ha sido un alojamiento estupendo para todos.
En la planta baja hay una habitación doble y un baño ideales para los más mayores que así no tienen que subir escaleras. En la planta de arriba estaban el resto de habitaciones con un tamaño muy aceptable (la principal era enorme) con baños muy espaciosos. Dos salones con espacio suficiente abajo bien fresquitos gracias a los enormes muros de piedra de la casa. La cocina muy amplia con hasta el último detalle de utensilios y electrodomésticos que necesitaras.
Y lo mejor el porche con vistas al embalse y con un cielo estrellado por la noche de escándalo.
Todo muy limpio y organizado y tanto Alfonso el dueño, como Raúl el jardinero y Lucia la mujer que limpia, encantadores y amables. Nos han hecho la estancia muy fácil y acogedora.
El entorno muy bonito, con restaurantes cerca y actividades varias para todas las edades.
De 10 todo, no tengo nada que objetar.
Si podemos volveremos sin duda.
