Ofrecían internet gratis y no pude conectarme a la red nunca y me quejé y me dijeron que en ese piso no llega la señal le dije que no me avisaron antes y que me cambiaran de habitación y no pudieron. Pésimo servicio

Nunca nos limpiaron la habitación y teníamos que estar llamando para que recogieran la basura y el último di nos tuvimos que bañar en otro cuarto porque se tapó la regadera y no había quien la destapará y solo servía un elevador

El hotel en general muy acogedor lo único es que nos tocaron recamaras con muy mala limpieza en baños, pero en general todo bien sobretodo la atención en recepción muy amables.
