Was suppose to have continental breakfast. Went into kitchenette area, it was closed with some woman making sandwiches i think. At the front desk were brown bagswith an apple, orange, a muffin, and a small danish. No juices, coffee, tea, cereal, milk. Dont advertise continental breakfast if it is not true. Also, no garbage can in the room. He had to pile our wrsppers and empties kn the dresser. I dont live yhat way.

The hotel is under complete renovation. There is no sign at the gym or pool saying, out of order. Bathroom shower only from the top half broken. Hotel.com should notify customers that these amenities is out of order at the time of reservation.

Bad hotel. The gym and pool services were not available...And they charged me the same even though I couldn't use those services! (They should notify on the page that the building was under repair and give discounts to passengers). The hotel is ugly, the elevators are loose (they seem unsafe), and almost all the people at the reception give poor service. The only person who does their job well is the person who prepares breakfast. I didn't change to another hotel because I was very tight with my times. I will no longer return to that hotel or any hotel in that chain. Bad experience.

Hampton Inn's are usually a good quality medium hotel. This one fell below those standards. No keys were available. Every time you had to enter your room, the hotel staff would have to open your door. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the breakfast wasn't up to typical standards (Fewer options). I'm glad I was only staying one night, otherwise I would have moved to a different hotel.

The staff was very helpful. The parking was easy. The breakfast that was included with the room was perfect. The room was large and pleasant.

A neat place with courteous staff! Breakfast was good. The property is going through renovation, so few amenities such as fitness center are not available right now. Otherwise no complaints!

Upon check-in the clerk was unable to give us key cards or remote access ( through our phones ) was told the system was not working but should be up soon Well that was untrue so every we left the room we had to wait for someone to come back to the desk or one of us had to stay in the room to let the other back in VERY INCONVENIENT

Hello sir, we are very sorry for an inconvenience this problem may have caused you. However we have to wait on Hilton to resolve the problem of accessing guest keys ,this is affecting a number of hotels with the same server. We have exhausted all options on our end & unfortunately is out of our hands. Front desk staff is working very hard through this issue to provide awesome customer service & access guest rooms when needed during this ongoing issue.

Very disappointed in the condition of the hotel. Surprising for a Hampton Inn. The hotel was old and outdated. Strange dude wandering around in the lobby. I do not recommend this hotel.

This property does not measure up to the standard of Hampton Inn. We checked in late on the evening and the attendant was not friendly and acted like he was doing us a favor. Also no dark roast coffee available. Bathroom was dirty with no soap at the sink. Disappointing and not what we expected from a Hampton Inn

I have stayed here often but on this night there was continued noise and I could not sleep.The beds were lumpy and the pillows also … dust skirts a wrinkled mess.Just miserable.I would like a credit for this night.I stayed here the week before and it was a different experience.

Someone decided to run the vacuum in the hallway at 3AM. and in the cart was in the hallway when went to breakfast..No shampoo in the dispenser. Do think I should have received something off my bill for whomever ran the vacuum

Hello Theresa ,I sincerely apologize for having to run the vacuum at that hour, as I hate to disturb any of our guests here. Another guest had an accident that was out of my control but with my duty to keep a clean environment for everyone , I decided to do what had to be done so everyone wouldn't be affected by the mess 1st thing in the morning. Also for obvious reasons the housekeeping cart was by the restroom because what had to be cleaned started at the restroom - the guests room. & again sorry for disturbing you at that hour , rest assured our cleaning hours are always between the hours of 9-4 .
