Firstly, my staff are hardly ever accused of being rude but on this occasion and on another previous occasion I have found the customer is usually rude and arrogant in their approach to them. As for checking out early on the 3rd day of your stay at 3pm and not getting a refund for the day and than abusing a female staff member sounds a bit like your speed if reading your post is any indication.As for 220 per night that was the internet price for ota's as we were and are fully booked and have to pay commissions on there bookings.We have checked both the Tv and Aircon. Since you checked out and found both to be working and I'm sure that if they were not working on the previous two days of your stay that some one like you would of complained well before you checked out.And yes the carpet is currently stained but again has been carpet cleaned but considering we are a mining town and turn over more than 250 room nights a week to miners the carpet and rooms do cop a hiding.Our beds are mostly new with new pressed linen from the cq commercial laundry so again I find I have no real reason to warm my overworked staff and agree that a person like you might be better off sleeping in their car.

Hi Peter, Sorry about the inconvience but the Restaurant was closed due to Covid and yes the takeaway meals are being served that way but yes other meals are being served as plate service..

The Tv could of been caused by local interference which does happen out here and if we were told would of changed rooms for your mate, as for microwave and cutlery that is advertised on this site in our better rooms thou we are upgrading the others at the present time. Anyway, Thank you.
