First it’s the worst Wi-Fi I have experienced in years! Dropped service numerous times and when it was connected it was so slow. And then you have to wonder why they left the thin plastic water glasses to be used for coffee! Can’t even hold it when the coffee is hot. And the cream and sugar packet had no stirrer …. Just what I wanted to do, get dressed and go to the breakfast area just for a cup of coffee! Not how I want to start my day. The shower was dirty (hair) and there was a chunk of carpeting cut out leaving this strange hole! No wonder it was cheaper than other motels. Going to pay more next time and stay elsewhere.

1st room had no air. Found stuff in second room someone left and maids didn’t clean up. Was quoted one price. Told total bill was one price including taxes, i wrote it on receipt, seen credit card bill and was charged a lot more. I will be disputing that.

Propert was in convenient part of town. Long wait for staff to come inside to check in and then seemed grumpy to check us in. Breakfast ran out of food. An alarm in the lobby went off every 30 seconds for three days

Lots of eating option and on the main blvd through town. Only thing that i did not expect was the pol not to be in service (weather?) which was the deciding factor for staying here

Rooms were dirty. At 11:00 PM they went to find us a new room. We waited 20-30 minutes and no one ever came back to help us so we left. It was horrible.

When we arrived - around 6:30PM - nobody was at the desk. We waited for 3 or 4 minutes, then I called out for assistance. After a bit, the young lady came from somewhere around the corner. She took care of our reservation, though I must say her indifference was palpable. I had to ask for directions to the elevators, where to park, etc. The hotel presents as very clean and updated, nearly a minimalist, clean style. Impressive. Room was large, bathroom very clean. Bed very comfortable. However, most of the furniture is quite used. Broken edges on the bureau; the side chair dirty and worn. In the gathering area, where guests can meet for breakfast, the chairs were either very nice or extraordinarily worn. Breakfast was late; however, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal ... juice. Very good. Coffee: terrible. Really. Back to the staff - we accidentally left something behind, and my wife called to see if the cleaning staff found it. They had; they turned it in and the office staff went to great lengths to help us retrieve it. If you want a comfortable night's sleep in a clean hotel with a pretty good breakfast the next morning, for a more-than-fair price, and you don't care about those things I harped on, this is your place. If you want to be pampered and lounge on furniture that is new / almost new, move on. But we would come back.

Very nice, modern and clean room. The HVAC system seemed to be stuck on an override setting that couldnt be adjusted at the thermostat. Ended up being on the warm side overnight. Not sure if management has an override capability or not.

The staff was amazing. I worked with Kyla, Amber and Justin who attempted to resolve a problem that they did not have anything to do with. Expedia booked the room for me and advertised an indoor pool with hot tub. It was an outdoor pool so out of service in the winter. Expedia also booked me a 2 queen suite (pull out couch) and full kitchen. These amenities were non existent at this particuliar LaQuinta.

The bedding doesn’t need to be changed daily but it should have been made. Breakfast was fine but eggs and sausage were cold. The last day it snowed and the walks should have been scrapped off and treated.

Pleasantly surprised. my main concern when booking was cleanliness, but the room we stayed in looked and felt clean. The sofa bed didnt have any bedding when in the room but the lady at the front desk provided some when we asked. Overall great stay. We've been to a really nice La Quinta and a pretty dingy one, do we didn't know what we were going to get with this one and we were happy with our stay. We stayed in a king bed with a sofa pullout room. Breakfast was fine.
