Er waren 2 personeel bij receptie die zeer aardig en met respect vol was over de schoonheid van hotelkamer bed en inrichting prima en schoon maar badkamer deur was kapot vanuit beneden kant komt waarschijnlijk door douche van vocht aande tijd slijtage is gekomen voor de rest alles netjes schoon, binnen zwembad netjes strand netjes schoon ik zou zeker wel weer gaan vooral activiteiten en mensen die kinderen hebben adviseer ik zeker een aanrader.

Kaldığımız Oda da önceden kalan müşterilerin çorapları vardı. Yemekler iyi degildi Onun dışında herşey çok iyidi.

Şahane ve sığ plaj
Şahane plaj ve konforlu denize bakan balkonlu odaları.Tavsiye ederim. Sezonda zaten yer bulmak imkansız.Rüzgar olmadığı sürece Kasım ayında bile denize girebilirsiniz.

Also ich würde das Hotel nicht weiter Empfehlen. Auf den Fluren kein richtiges Licht.Das Essen ob Mittags oder Abends wsr immer schon fast kalt.Am Meer bei den Liegen keine Auflagen und fast alle Liegen earen Beschädigt. Also für das Geld habe i h viel mehr Erwartet Nie wieder Liparis Hotel

Her şeyiyle çok güzeldi özellikle çalışanların ilgisi, nezaketi, kibarlığı her şeye bedeldi. Keşke hepsine bir maaş ikramiye verilse :) Tek sorun çocuklardı, bence çocuklar için yaş sınırı olmalı.

Temizlenmemiş ve görseldekilerden farklı bir odada konaklamak zorunda kaldık. Yemeklerin kalitesi çok düşüktü. Sosyal mesafe hiç yok denecek kadar azdı. Otel sorumluları ilgisizdi. Ve gece eğlencesi türkü bar tadındaydı. Fazla gürültülü. Tek olumlu yanı sahil ve deniz.

The beach is the best thing
The overall stay was great for our family we had 2 rooms next to each other with the great view, the check in was fast & quick. The service was good & the beach was definitely the best thing about the hotel. I rate it 4 stars since the rooms were very average & needed update, especially the tired bathrooms with moldy edges around the shower & for the fact that the front desk staff don't speak English. We had an issue with the reservation & had to go back & forth with hotels.com & the hotel reception to solve it. Hotels.com agent was on hold for such a long time while I was chatting with him on line waiting for some one who speaks English, finally he got disconnected without any resolution. Next day I called the hotel reception to check if they fix the issue & told them about the incident. They said: "do you believe that a 5 star hotel doesn't have someone who speaks English?" However, when we checked in & out & during our stay we never met any one who speaks English, lol.

Hervorzuheben ist unser Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf Meer und der Strand .Aber 5 Sterne würde ich diesem Hotel leider nicht geben.

Ne İyi Ne Çok Kötü
Parasına göre vasat bir otel. Çocuklu, muhafazakar aileler çoğunlukta. Bu kadar kalabalık için, çalışan sayısı aşırı yetersiz. Özellikte serviste çalışan çocuklar elinden geleni yapıyor ancak yetişmeleri mümkün değil. Denizi dışında hiçbir şeyi kayda değer güzellikte değil, tam aksine son derece vasat. Ayrıca navigasyondaki lokasyonları hatalı. Bunu otele gidince resepsiyona söyleidk ama pek ilgilenmediler. Tekrar gideceğimiz bir otel değil.
