"Fantastic hotel with incredible bathrooms."

"This place was unfortunately not as advertised. The property is very run down and very dirty. There were crumbs of food underneath the couches, old plastics underneath beds, and the beds were full of pet hair and large stains when we stripped the sheets. The bathroom fan doesn’t work, the main living room TV remote had dead batteries, and a piece of the lock system on the front door was constantly falling off inside. The freezer had items from previous guests, and the utensils and cooking supplies had stains that were removed after we had to hand wash them. Overall we were underwhelmed by the space and what it provided, a lot of TLC is needed in order for this to be anywhere near respectable as a rental."

"What a lovely space to spend the Christmas holiday in Boise visiting our daughter and husband! The house was well stocked with all the essentials for the our stay! The kitchen space was very well equipped with everything to meet our cooking needs. Most importantly, the sleeping accomodations were cozy and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!"
