Fabulous Place to Stay in Estes Park!
The property was beautiful! Everything was on point. It was worth every penny. I would recommend this to everyone when staying in Estes Park. We will be back again.

Great winter getaway
Cleanliness and location is outstanding. Close to shops and eateries, but the neighborhood felt rural. The kitchen has everything you’ll need, whether it’s just you or your family. I loved the fireplace nook. Communication with my host was excellent as well. I enjoyed my getaway and hope to be back sometime.

Amazing Getaway
Great location with amazing views and seeing some wildlife surrounding was incredible. We enjoyed seeing a herd of elk all around the property and we had the wonderful experience of seeing 3 Bobcats just outside our door (2 on one day and 1 on another day). Truly a highlight of our stay. It was very nice being near to the stores and the shops but still being able to enjoy the forest around us. We all, thoroughly enjoyed, a quiet, peaceful and relaxing stay! Undoubtedly, we will stay here again. Side Note: the king bed and queen bed could have used a nice 2 or 3 inch pillow top to add a little cushion to the firm mattress. Just something to think about.🤔

Very Nice Condo
Really enjoyed this condo. It has a well equipped kitchen with nice counter and bar stools. Great dining room table that seats 6 easily. Living room is cozy with a gas fire place. The tree bedrooms are nice. It was very comfortable for 4 people.

Estes Park Wedding Stay
Parents of the groom have enough to think worry about before a wedding, where we were staying was not one of them. This property was spacious, clean, well prepared ... exactly everything we needed for the wedding week. It was easily accessible and having to garage was an amazing bonus. A bull elk and harem visited the area a couple of days to add to the ambiance. And I can't forget to mention the price - what a deal for such an amazing space! We will definitely look for this place when we return to Estes.

Hiking holiday in Estes Park
The location is perfect at the foot of the Rockies. Also walking distance to shops, supermarket and The Post brewpub. The property was as described and handled our 3 teenage kids + us fine. We would stay here again.

Great vacation unit.
We've stayed in half a dozen different vacation rentals in and around Estes Park. This one is definitely the cleanest, most well-equipped yet. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. Everything was very comfortable, clean, and in good repair. The ground-floor location made it easy to come and go. We ate almost all of our meals at the condo and had all of the cooking gear we needed. The location is great - just a couple of minutes from the grocery store and all of the downtown amenities and easy access to RMNP. We walked into downtown a few times to avoid parking challenges there. We saw elk and mule deer daily. I definitely recommend this unit.

We were more than pleased!
It is an excellent location! We even had elk and mule deer in our back yard! It was very clean! We are pretty picky people so we were very pleased to see how clean it was! Very relaxing place and easy to find! We loved it and would love to go back someday! Can’t say that about too many places we have stayed! We were impressed!!

Nice size and layout
It was a nice size and layout and a good location. The property seemed mostly clean but the hardwood floor may of not been cleaned as good as the rest of the condo when wiping it the paper towel was quite black. Although the floor was dirty I would stay there again but probably mop the floor ahead of time as we had small grand kids with and their socks were quite dirty. Also I was surprised to find a pack and play I believe I was told there was not one. Some of the slats on the patio blind were off and my husband found parts in a drawer and was able to fix those. I would still stay there again. : )

Thanks for staying at our home. In the future please know we have a property manager who is available should problems arise during your stay. nWe are trying a different product on the wood floors to see if it cleans better.

Our stay on Black Canyon Drive
This condo is in an exceptional area. It's close to the Estes Park Visitors Center, a minute from the Safeway supermarket and about 15 minutes to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. You couldn't ask for a better location within the area. The home comes well equipped with the paper products you'll need plus many items that make the kitchen fully operational. We found the home very clean upon our arrival. The only criticism we had of the condo is that parking can be a challenge. We rented a standard SUV, and that just barely fit into the garage. Per se, there is no parking on the driveway into the garage, so you must find an open spot down by the garbage dumpster. Also, as the home has no A/C, suspect that on hot day days you had to have faith in portable fans in two of the 3 bedrooms.

Wonderful large condo for a family gathering
There were 7 adults and a teenager in our group. (Including 4 older adult siblings memorializing their mother’s passing.) The rooms are spacious and the large open kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for everyone to enjoy being together. It was spotless clean and very well decorated. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. Since the condo was out of the main town area, it was quiet at night. There is not much traffic on the street and it was a beautiful place to walk with a cup of coffee in the morning. It was a 2-5 minute drive to anywhere in Estes Park, about a 15 minute drive to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. All of us highly recommend this place.

Great property! Location was ideal for our family trip to RMNP. We enjoyed being close to the park entrance and downtown EP. Property was clean, well maintained and spacious for our group of 5. Deer and moose visited daily. We would definitely stay here again!

Estes condo
This condo was great for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We appreciated the amenities, including consumable kitchen “extras.” Our 8 and 5 year olds loved the open space behind the condo, where they climbed rocks and imagined their own storylines. We found it to be very clean, though the stained towels need replacing. Drawbacks included limited parking, and lack of AC made the smaller bedrooms an uncomfortable temperature overnight, even with the provided fans. Unfortunately, we noticed the water heater struggling on Friday evening, and by Saturday morning there was no hot water. Since it was the weekend, we were told nothing could be done. So we finished our stay with two days of cold showers.

We are sorry the water heater was not working. We did restart it but apparently is kept going out. I has been replaced and is up and running. Unfortunately we cannot always immediately get a plumber on a weekend to do larger jobs. Please consider returning in the future.

Perfect 4th if July
We live less then an hour from Estes but decided we wanted to enjoy the 4th in our favorite mountain town.. the condo was perfect for me and my two best friends! Very clean, location was excellent, the patio was a little peace of heaven.. watched the chipmunks play, the hummingbirds sing and even had a beautiful deer run through.. garage was a little small for my Tacoma so we parked my friends car in it.. I parked in some parking spots on the other side of the condo next to us.. the home is beautiful and peaceful.. highly recommend!!! Thank you to the owners of this lovely home for sharing!!

This property worked well for our needs (6 of us). There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything as far as dish ware, pots, pans, etc. It's within walking distance to the Stanley Hotel, and downtown Estes Park., as well as a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. I would recommend this property to others.

Beautiful Condo
This condo is very clean, extremely spacious, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Close to downtown Estes, and Stanley Hotel. I really loved this condo and the community it is in. The only reason I gave it overall 4 stars was the requirement of washing the towels before we left and stripping the beds. I have stayed in a lot of AirB&Bs and VRBOs and this was a first for me. Other than that, this condo was perfect!

Great place, good price. Great stay. One drawback.
I researched for a place to stay in Estes Park for about 4-5 hours and this was the right place for me. If you have children that are above 16, then the bunk bed concept may not be the best fit. This is one of the few that I found that did not have the bunk bed in the bedrooms but twin beds which was very useful in my case. I found the pricing of this property very reasonable. This community in Stanley Heights was very close to the town and in hindsight, that is more important than staying close to the entrance of the RMNP entrance where I found several properties. I wish the owner put some door knobs in the kitchen shelves but this is a very minor thing. Not sure why they do not do these small things which could add so much more value. Yes. The parking into the Garage can be a challenge but what you have to do is to stop the car right before the door, get out and then make sure that you are not hitting either side and drive back in. I would certainly recommend this rather than damaging the garage door by mistake. If internet is important to you, this is one drawback I found. On my second day of stay it stopped working and calls to the Steven or one more person whose name I forgot did not help. They never called back. There was one more review on the same property where internet was not working. I had to make do with creating and using the mobile hotspot from my phone. They never called me back about it at all which was not good customer service. I am always wired and have many things to do from work point of view and need internet – if you are not one of those, this may not be a drawback for you. Overall, great experience but do not expect prompt communication from the management – at least, this was my experience. Thanks, Satish

Thanks for staying in our home. We have upgraded the internet recently. I checked with the property manager and discovered you called late in the evening and checked out the next morning. We are sorry your internet was not up to par. It has been tested and seems to be working well, at least when tested. Please consider staying in the future.

Fall Rocky Mountain Trip
My children and I traveled with my parents to RMNP. This property was perfect. Only one stair to get into the house, was great for my parents. A parking spot for my large vehicle just a short walk away from the property was nice as my vehicle was to large for the garage. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with all the various cooking dishes available. The gas fireplace was a nice treat after a day of being out in the chilly fall air. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

Quiet stay close to RMNP
The property is in a very quiet neighborhood. It was kept very clean. It can use a few updates (like a smart TV, apple TV, etc.) but the overall experience was wonderful. It is such a short drive from the RMNP entrance, we got to enjoy more time inside the park.

We loved our stay here. No AC but we were very comfortable sleeping with windows open and using fans. Perfect location to downtown Estes Park and Lake Estes. Saw wildlife on way to the condo.
