“The Aspen Valley Lodge is an older property but well-kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but offers a nice assortment of options with fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, coffee, etc. The first-floor dining and living areas are comfortable and nice, with a central fireplace. It is near the bus stop for Snowmass and other mountains and is within walking distance of Ajax, but I wouldn't recommend carrying your skis daily. Close to restaurants and downtown shopping.
