we loved staying at Fairfield suites. It was an awesome experience. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

Property is in a good location next to the river, however area felt a little dodgy due to the number of unhoused in the area. Room had a very strange layout, and the windows were extremely drafty for -20° weather.

We had booked a hotel room, but when we checked in at the hotel, they changed our room from queen size bed to king size without consent. The guest experience was terrible, this happened during Thanksgiving. However, their manager felt that this was not their responsibility, which was ridiculous. Our travel company would not book this hotel next time, as it had no credibility.

Hello, I apologize for your inconvenience and how it was handled. I would like to do some further research on how this happened as we only have rooms with 1 king bed or 2 double beds. If you are able to provide more information about your reservation would be great. Again I apologize that your stay was not a good experience. Happy Holidays.

I wish we could have stayed in Fairbanks for more than 1 night. I would stay at this property again. The room was quite nice and large with the small kitchenette area and living space. I loved it! I didn't use any of the amenties but staff was friendly and they had a nice little convenient store located in the lobby which came in great use! The breakfast in the morning was nice. Was just glad to get some fresh fruits as being on the road was just full of proteins and carbs. Yikes! I would have marked it a 5 star, however, the property was undergoing renovations so some areas looked a little "sketchy". In no way would I say though that it was ever too noisy in regard to construction or that anything in the room needed repairs! The water pressure was nice!

Property is really nice, clean and room was modern and spacious for family of 4. Plenty of parking. Not so sure about area but seems okay. A little bit of traffic noise from street outside window but not too bad and it was Saturday night. Enjoyed our stay. Front desk could be a bit more nice. Check in was okay and called the desk to ask a few questions.. very curt and short.

It’s a very busy hotel, even as tourist season is winding down. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get checked in. There are many places within walking distance which is nice, because parking is difficult and not easily found. The hotel breakfast seemed nice, but even first thing it was too crowed to eat there. The room was average and for the money you pay to stay here, I expected a little more.

A solid choice
We chose this hotel because of its central location and good amenities. It did not disappoint us. The breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was friendly, and the place was clean. We used the shuttle for both the airport and train depot. Very convenient!

the hotel is located in the downtown area, it's an older part of town so not many stores are nearby other than smaller gift store types of shops. Located about two miles away are larger stores - Walmart and grocery stores. There are a few restaurants within walking distance that were good. The hotel rooms are nice with kitchenette and there is a pool, jacuzzi and small workout room on the premises.
