Only one thing to complain about...
The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in the future. The only downside was that the beds are so high! My mom is on a walker and I'm only 5'1 so getting up into the beds trying and exhausting. It's a great location for food choice's and fuel.

Room was good, only issue was the bed, hard as a rock. Had a terrible nite hardly no sleep. Breakfast was only cereal. Other than that it was good.

The toilet was standard height, not chair (handicap) height. The bathroom door would not open wide enough to get a walker through as it hit the foot of the bed. There was a wad of what looked like toilet paper on the wall, a hair in the sink, and a dead bug on the bathroom floor. Won't ever stay there again.

Access to rooms was from outside only. No elevators. Had to carry luggage up outside stairs. Not an easy task for two women in their seventies. It was raining when we left, so that made the carrying of luggage even worse. Very poor breakfast selection.

We’re an older couple and was placed on the second floor. There weren’t many other people there. On the side we were on there only possibly 3-4 other cars all on the other end. The bathtub was extremely slick with no grab bars. The lampshades on the bedside tables are in horrible shape, looking like someone took a knife to them. For just 1 night it was ok but had we been there for more time I would have asked for a ground floor room.

Fabulous. Will stay here again!
Fabulous stay. No problems whatsoever. Room was extremely clean, water pressure is excellent and plenty of room for 2 adults/2kids in the room. Pool area is exceptional. They cabana furniture really does need recovering but there were plenty ro go around and both my husband and I and our kids loved the pool area! Definitely a “do-again” hotel! Room 261 is the absolute best with a balcony overlooking the pool.

Wanted to break up the drive from Houston and Dallas and this was a good stop, right off the freeway. There's a Macdonalds and a Sonic next to it, easy off and on. Rooms were clean and quiet, no complaints, place served its purpose for us.

Okay and Convenient Stop on I-45
Only there for one night but as far as I could tell, the property was well maintained, room was clean, breakfast was okay and clean room. Why is it motel clocks are never set to the correct time?

Not recommend.
I reserved a handicap room two weeks in advanced and when we got there they told me someone else reserved before us, but didn't let us know, my mother is in a wheelchair, had i known this i would have gone to another hotel that had an handicap room. Also argued with me saying that i didn't request a handicap room when i had my confirmation email. Pool was dirty with bugs. Carpet was torn in a couple spots. Ironing board was broke had to iron my dress for my granddaughters graduation. All in all I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We liked the location of the hotel as it was on our way to Tyler, Texas and vicinity. What was disappointing was that the bath tub was very slippery and an individual could slip and fall. Secondly the water in the tub did not drain right away. So there was standing water issue and we notified the front desk that there was a maintenance problem that needed to be looked into. I was told that the earliest they could check would be at 6:30 a.m. the next day.

The room itself was pleasantly surprising. The bed was comfortable, and it was very clean. The ac was ice cold. I will say...be careful about using GPS, I put in the adress and was taken 10 miles in the wrong direction. I found it best to google the name of the hotel, and go that way.
