We stayed for 2 nights for our long weekend trip in April. This is an excellent place to stay in Falmouth. The whole place is recently renovated, the room was super clean and had everything needed along with a communal kitchen. Our room had nice views of the lovely park and we enjoyed our strolls through it to the town centre. The only area for improvement could be the mattress in the room, we thought that it was a bit tired and needs replacing. Overall fully recommended!

Fabulous stay
Fantastic location, play park opposite was great. Apartment was perfectly clean, kitchen well stocked. Great service when I called with an enquiry.

Nice and clean property
The property is very nice and rooms are spacious, and it is very central and a comfortable walking distance to everything in Falmouth. Upon having a query I was given feedback immediately. The only thing that I can point out is the room soundproofing. We could hear voices or the television very clearly.

Park View - Very Comfortable!
Nice clean room with large comfortable bed, good facilities and only a short walk into town. We were in the attic so several sets of stairs including one set with narrow treads, would not suit people with mobility issues! Other rooms looked good too!

Liked having a washing machine. Very nice kitchen. We were promised hot chocolate but there wasn’t any in our room or the kitchen.

Very easy to check in with the key code, beautiful room very clean. Brilliant location, super central but quiet. Easy to park, too. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities but the space looked great if you wanted to stay in and cook!

The property was really well thought out and made our stay easy and enjoyable, the park just outside was a lovely little oasis with amazing kids playgrounds, and all just a short walk from all the bars and restaurants in Falmouth. We've already recommended it to several friends.
