Los cuartos muy limpios pero a la alberca le faltaba mantenimiento,el desayuno muy completo y rico,muy recomendable para el precio.

Even though we were right above the pool, it was quiet by 11:30. If we were there and needed it super quiet it might have been a problem.

The breakfast "management" was okay a little rude the pool was good they do have a hot tub. The pool is more for kids but still is fun! Rooms were clean would stay again!😁

Had a room with outside access, cold wind whistled through the door. Fridge froze everything no matter how low it was turned down.

Seems like there was not enough staff…check in took forever and they were very busy hotel was full. Difficult if not impossible to get service for extra towels at pool excetra! My son’s girlfriends car got hit in parking lot and they had no cameras to see what happened.

Sometimes during high occupancy weekends it can be a bit of a struggle to keep up with high demand items like pool towels, but our staff does try their best to make sure they are available. Jonny - I am so sorry, we do offer in room tea as well. It seems it must have been missed by housekeeping. I will mention to them to make sure that tea is available in all of their rooms. However, we do always have a selection of teas available in the breakfast area that you are welcome to take up to your room. Safe travels!

Tried checking in early, but they said they were busy. Verified my phone number and said they would call or text when room was ready. At 6:00pm we couldn’t wait anymore, so went back to hotel. They got defensive and said it was the other girl who forgot to call, not them. They wanted to get my address and license plate. I said can they get my info from my rewards account, and they said they can’t use my rewards account if I don’t book directly with the hotel. So even though I paid and stayed at the hotel, I don’t get credit for staying there.

Paul - I do apologize for your experience at our property. Unfortunately, early check ins are not guaranteed and are often not available. It is possible that your room wasn't ready until our guaranteed check in time of 4pm., in which case we wouldn't have called as that is our standard arrival time. I do apologize for the miscommuncation. Unfortunately all 3rd party reservations do not qualify for reward points. To qualify for reward points all reservations need to be made either directly with the hotel or through Best Western, either via the 1-800 number or using their direct website. Again, I do understand the frustration and I apologize. I do hope the rest of your stay was comfortable. Safe travels and we hope to see you again in the future.

Hotel is unique to us, never having traveled to Midwest. Staff were nice, and efficient. Room was clean, plenty of food options close by. Social hr was good. Good experience.

When we got there. We pulled out blanket back and found a dirty bed. Covered in dog hair! Black dog hair. All over our “clean” bed. I will never stay here again.

Brianna -I sincerely apologize for your experience, one of our housekeepers made an error and didn't open up the fold out while cleaning and the old sheets on the bed were missed. We have spoken to the girl who cleaned that room that morning and she was highly apologetic and feels terrible for her error. We have reiterated the need for her to make sure she is always opening the sofa sleepers. I am, however, glad that our evening staff was able to immediately remedy the situation with clean sheets for you. I also hope that the 60 discount on the room made up for our error. Safe travels.

Very nice staff beautifully designed building and we loved the theme throughout the entrance, eating area, pool and rooms. Great pool for younger kids not ready for massive slides. Great breakfast as well

The outside door has a thin opening so the cold air and snow was coming in. Also, a rug at door would be nice since floors are all wood. Know where to set wet shoes. overall comfortable place.

Great experience
After a long day of travelling we were so relieved to stop at the Best Western to receive great service and then followed to find a clean and comfortable room. My family also really enjoyed the pool and continental breakfast the next morning.

Having stayed at multiple 4-5 star hotels across Fargo over the years, this may have been my favorite room for cleanliness and comfort. I wish the dining was expanded, perhaps even a restaurant attached. I also wish the pool area was less focused on kids. Otherwise a really enjoyable stay.
