We called down to the front desk and no one answered at 8:30pm then again at 9 and 9:30! It says someone will be there 24-7 but that are not! The pool lighting was very dim and with my poor eyesight it was very hard to walk around that area at night!

The elevator was unkempt, the floor tile was busted up. The hallway carpet was dirty/dingy. I had booked and requested a single king size bedroom, and instead got a double queen room. I was just underwhelmed for the price. Instead of staying at the Holiday Inn Express I should have just stayed at the Holiday Inn across the parking lot. It was essentially the same price.

Checked in for 2 queen rooms was put in king room. Asked to be moved was told I had to communicate through Expedia. Expedia only has online assist. After 20 minutes asked for manager and was finally given an extra king room as they admitted they over booked.

Room was nice and clean, beds & pillows were comfy. Climate control worked well. Breakfast was included which was a bonus, although we missed it as we slept in, so can’t They leave bananas & oranges out at all times so we did snag those.

Breakfast was over too soon. Sketchy elevator. Pool lighting was too dark. Hard to see or adjust to the extreme low level of lighting. Exit door from pool catches on floor mat making it difficult to open door. It was a tripping hazard. Room was nice but key cards were problematic. Liked the dispensers for soap shampoo etc. Great location and super staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and it was in a very convenient location. The hot tub was actually hot! Could have been more sound proof, but it wasn’t too bad.

Very comfortable bed, had a great night sleep. suite had sitting area with two chairs. Booked room with a sofa but this was an acceptable alternative. Breakfast was fair.

The property is in need of some renovations and updates. The included breakfast was below average. Breakfast should be available until 10:00 on weekends. Breakfast is available until 9:30, we arrived just after 9:00 and the selections were already not being replenished. We were very disappointed with the breakfast. On the plus side our room & bed were very comfortable. Worst included breakfast I have ever had.

Pool area has low ceiling and not enough ventilation so could barely be in that space because of chlorine. Rooms small and difficult to move around in. Checked out early.

This was a very average hotel, breakfast was okay. Could have been more options. Coffee was good. Hotel maintenance is lacking, our bathroom door did not stay closed and the fan did not work.
