Found a hair in the bath tub and our room wasn’t ready at 3pm as the check in time was. The gentleman at the front desk didn’t care. We were told that our room could be ready but he had no clue. We went up a saw the cleaning staff cleaning our room then we asked how long till it was ready and she got angry and upset and phoned up the front desk and started to yell at them right in front of us. We won’t be come back

He is the owner's son and was just filling in since we did not have a person schedule to work that day and to avoid me from working a double shift. He hadn't work the Front Desk since Christmas so he was trying to figure things out again. The Housekeeper Supervisor should not have done what she did in front of you and I will be speaking to her about that. I know she had a rough day since 2 housekeepers called in and she only had 3 housekeepers that day working on a full house.It is our hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you. The pool was wonderful, we really appreciated that it was kept at such a warm temperature. We really missed the hot tub after a long day of walking tho. Staff could pay a bit more attention when they are making up the room. The bed skirt was ½ off my bed and we had to fix it ourselves because we were tripping on it. Very nice breakfast room, overlooking the pool. Nice that it was big enough that it never felt crowded, even tho the hotel was full. Overall a very nice hotel. We would stay there again.

house keeping started knocking on doors and yelling at each other down the halls at 8:30 on Saturday and sunday. other then that everything was great, room was nice and clean and updated, staff were nice, and it has good parking

The hotel was good, and I would definitely stay there again. The hotel isn’t new, so there is some wear and tear on the facility. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortsble hotel.

The fire alarms went off twice during the night that we were there. Apparently it was not a fire but everybody came out in the Halls because of that shrieking. I think the right thing to do would been to give us a discount for a future stay or something because that was very unpleasant

Because I booked through Expedia the information on the room did not match what was actually in the room. I booked what I thought was a king bed and pullout sofa bed by the description. What I got was a king bed with two chairs and an ottoman. This was not what I needed for me and my adult son. I was charged $20 for a cot for my 21 year old 6 ft tall son to sleep on. Not happy about it. The hotel was sold out and no option to change rooms.

Not great just fine.
Just 1 night. There was only 1 small bottle of body wash not enough for 2 my husband had to use shampoo to shower. There was old food left in the fridge. The light switch that turned on the entry light also turned the tv on/off. I usually sleep with the tv on in hotels it helps me sleep but to do this i also had to sleep with the light on.

The staff was very friendly and location was great. The hotel could use some repairs as the mattress in the room had large body dents making it uncomfortable. The tv was also powered by the light switch located at the door so you had to keep the light on to watch tv at night. There is some wear and tear on room floors that could use some attention. The rooms were very clean and large.

Our room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was dirt on the tile in the shower. At first thought it was a stain so I took a cloth and wiped it and it came clean. The counter was not clean and the floor.

My daughter and I came to Fargo for a weekend of shopping. We had checked into a different hotel that was awful! We literally left the other hotel and checked in to the Wingate. It was so refreshing! Just a nice quiet safe hotel where we were able to get a good night of sleep! I have a new appreciation for what I have taken for granted!

The pool was not up to code and very cold, hot tub was broken, staff were rude in helping with things, rooms were dirty and had to keep getting new room keys due to the doors not opening, we got this hotel for a family members birthday and will definitely not be staying here again.
