Super clean and quiet

Very welcoming when you stepped into the house. Thoughtful arrangements (we love the game room, and those information flyers and maps under the TV). The house is beside Route 19 but in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the New Gorge River bridge (i.e., on Bridge Day) or you can drive for 5 mins. Very close to multiple restaurants and a gas station. Short drive to Long Point trailhead as well. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and highly recommended.

Awesome House!!

We absolutely loved this house. So neat & clean with every possible thing you could need including climbing helmets, chalk, yoga mat, bikes, hammock. The Gear/Healing Room was our fave. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard & the hot tub was immaculate. Can't say enough good things this house, we will definitely be back!! Thank you

Top-notch hospitality

We were visiting relatives for the holidays and we could not have enjoyed our stay here more. The house was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was decorated lovely and it had everything we needed. Easy check in/out. The location is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The owner was awesome! Always available. We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome house with a great location to many hiking trails & activities.

The house was perfect for our stay. We were able to hike many of the trails in the River Gorge area and had a nice place to come back to in the late afternoon. The Hot Tub was a bonus. And our yellow lab was able to be included in all of our activities!

Top Notch

What a great spot! You can’t beat the location, it’s walkable to town and minutes away from some beautiful trails and climbing. The house itself has everything you need and was spotless. Being dog friendly with a fully fenced yard was the icing on the cake for me. I hope to get back here sooner than later.

Amazing!

The house was so welcoming and cozy! It was just as described in the listing. Check in was easy with all of the communication. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe at all times. Loved the huge fenced in yard. The front covered deck was nice to sit on out of the sun or rain. Good restaurants around the area. Cute town to walk around. We would stay here again if we are back in the area!

Exploring WV

This was a great property at an affordable price for a family. Located in a quiet neighborhood and closely located to the downtown area and an easy drive to all the other many scenic and recreational attractions in the area. The bicycles were a great addition to be able to take an evening ride to downtown. The welcome book was also very nice it would answer about any questions you might have and also included restaurants and attractions close by. Definitely would recommend and will go back if vacationing in the area.

Fun Stay in Fayetteville

Great place to enjoy the area

We were very pleased with this nice and very convenient house. It was extremely clean and well furnished. It was a great place to come home to after our days exploring our nation's newest National Park. Our dog enjoyed having a fenced yard to romp in. We loved the town of Fayetteville, its cute shops and many fun dining choices.

Great option in Fayetteville

All 6 of us agreed this was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at! Check in/out instructions were clear and provided well ahead of time. Had no issues during the stay, the beds were fairly comfortable (no one slept on the pull out couch so no comment there). The hot tub was clean and so nice after a long day of climbing/hiking. Although there was only one bathroom, we all showered back to back and there was no issues with hot water. Thanks for the great house!

Perfect location!

PERFECT location to great hiking and all the good food you can imagine (Don Rizo, Secret Sandwich society, wood iron eatery to name a few). Our fav hikes include endless wall, long point, Kaymoor miner trail and we drove to see the beautiful cathedral falls! The house was clean and cozy, hot tub was a nice touch and beds were so comfy! We will be back! Had the weather been nicer we would have 100% used the bikes.

Excellent Location

Weekends stay

Nice house with a good location

Joshua was a great host. He contacted us beforehand to see if we had any questions. Check in was very easy and his house was perfect for me and my son. The location was close to the town of Fayetteville and close to a lot of the hiking trails we wanted to hike during our visit to New River Gorge National Park.

It was good. We got to see West Virginia for all it was worth. Beautiful state!! The only complaint I may have about this property is that the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that everything was spot on!

Family Fun

This home was like a cottage home base for our trip to play outside. Tully Ave is so close to all things fun in Fayetteville. The home was in great shape. The front porch was a favorite for us. We slept great and woke up ready to get back outside. Thank you for maintaining such a happy space for people to discover wild and wonderful WV!
