BEWARE!! This place is NOT where it says it is located- it is much farther away than they say and they will not offer to shuttle to help you get to the correct spot and will insist it is YOUR fault for booking it. the "travel agent" in charge of the bookings is rude, threatens guests and is one of the most unhelpful people l have ever encountered! Thad 5 villas rented and couldn't cancel because of the delay in refund preventing a new booking one day prior to arrival when we found all of this out. Once at the hotel, terrible customer service from the kitchen completely ignoring guests and not even offering the included breakfasts. Not to mention being woke up each day by the landscaper and cleaning ladies hollering across the lawn in front of the villas to each other around 8:30 as they loudly hose off the porches. And lastly, as if you needed more, the electricity sucked so bad that the we couldn't charge our phones in any of the outlets with the ac on

Our valued customer,Thank you for choosing our "Beach 222 Ölüdeniz" Hotel and for your comments about your accommodation experience.First of all, we are sorry to hear that you had some issues and complaints of your stay with us. We would like to answer each item as much as possible.As u know, our establishment is located in "National Park of Ölüdeniz" as advertised on the site. Although depending on the system, program you are using or the web site mapping might alter the exact location slightly. Our establishment is accessible via many transport options such as public transport, taxis etc. But we did not provide nor advertised for free or payable transfer services which we feel if they would need these services that should be in the responsibilities of the tenants to check before they book their holidays with us. Regarding the cancellation, our cancellation terms and policy are clearly stated for all our guests to consider before booking. Any claim that is made with in those terms are getting honoured asap. We are a bed and breakfast establishment which serves mixed Turkish breakfast with unlimited tea and coffee as advertised. It is totally up to you to come to the restaurant to have it or not between 08:30-10:30. As our records show you preferred not to join us at the breakfast and instead you preferred to enjoy the cabanas at the beach. Even in one occasion a member of your party requested an item from the ala cart restaurant’s menu which we were happy to serve for free as your party member requested.If you didn’t require cleaning or similar services in and around your room you could simply put up the ‘do not disturb’ to your door or inform the reception and the hard-working maids of ours who are wrapping up the season with a great service score would haply skip your room or porch.Regarding the electrics, we also don’t have a complaint recorded from yourselves regarding the issue. As if we knew our technics team who works around the clock would show up asap to serve.

The property is beautiful and we loved our romBUT service was not so good. We asked for towels the second day They took all the used towels and never provided clean towels. Breakfast was terrible as was the service. Had to contantly ask for coffee and then wait 15 plus minutes for it!

Should of been 10/10
Didn’t let us know there was no food Served past 7pm. Staff didn’t care about getting people back to the main area after staying. Fire alarm kept going off and no one fixed it. Door handles were falling off in room.

Underbart hotell *****
Helt underbart litet hotell med små hus precis vid havet. Så renoverat o fint. Modernt och stiligt. Litet och personligt. Jätte bra städning och byte av handdukar. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jag skulle definitivt bo här igen. God mat i restaurangen. Gratis solstolar och super goda drinkar. Åk hit om ni kan.

We stayed at beach 222 for one night. We loved our experience. The beach house is in a super quiet area, and the overall ambiance was lovely. The breakfast was amazing! The only hard part was finding the parking, it’s not clear on the map how to get there by car. Essently you have to go down the strip where all the beach hotels are located and addresses are not easy to follow. Would definitely return 🙂

Dodgy electrical installation throughout the property causing our bungalow not having electricity for a few nights ( ie. no aircon, no lights which unbearable in 40 degrees heat) , we spoke to the management but they can’t rectify nor willing to give compensation or refund. the location wasn’t ideal as it’s quite a long walk from the central town and at night constant loud music keeps playing which combine with no aircon makes this holiday from hell!

Hotel liegt direkt am Totenmeer (Ölüdeniz). Der Strand des Hotels ist jedoch sehr klein. In den Videos sieht der Strand größer aus. Aber die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind sehr schön. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden es weiter empfehlen.

Balayı için tercih ettiğimiz bu güzel hotel bize çok güzel bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı. Öncelikle resopsiyondaki arkadaşımıza bize her konuda destek olduğu için çok teşekkür ederiz. Muhteşem bir beach kısmı var çalışanları, sahibi çok kibar ve güleryüzlüler onlarada ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Hotel de istediğimiz her şey mevcuttu ve çok beğendik. Temiz, güleryüzlü çalışanları olması da çok güzel. İyiki sizi seçmişiz. Tekrar tercih edeceğiz. Gitmek isteyen herkese kesinlikle öneririm.
