Very central to our Venue....comfortable but very over priced....discounted tariff available if a member of some clubs.....as an interstate visitor not much help been told about this option after our stay

Property was value for money, was in a good location and suited our stay in the Bay. It was quiet, safe, and good to come back to after a day out exploring. Would rebook it in the future.

Great location easy access to restaurants, cafes, beach and walking trails. Staff friendly, helpful. Apartments are modern, well-kept and great facilities.

Fantastic Fingal Bay
Great location and perfect accommodation type with 2 bedrooms and functional living area and well-equipped kitchen. Right opposite the beach and surf-club.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property and commenting on the cleaniness of units. Our units were designed many years and providing two communial laundries was ideal at the time.

Loved the playground & BBQ facilities. I think the addition of the 3BR apartments will be great for bigger families.

Thank you for your review. Glad you enjoyed our facilities. The addition of a 3rd bedroom to six of our apartments is going to be great for larger families. The new balconies with outdoor furntiture is also a great improvement for the upstairs units.

Fingal Bay Resort was just right for our short stay. The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The place is old but well maintained. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated at some point making this a comfortable place to stay. The pillows were quite old and flat. The property Manager was very helpful and nice, providing extra pillows on request.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with our 3 kids - aged 5, 3 and a baby. Unit was recently refurbished, kitchen well appointed and great location across the Rd from beach, playground and cafe. The pool and trampoline at the hotel were a bonus. Would definitely recommend for families with kids.

Not so good expwrience
The property was specious but two of our bed were left with out bed linens and we also didn't had any towels for two people.won't come back for it.

Sorry you did not have a pleasant experience. We offer a 24hour on call number for emergencies such as this. Our office was open till 6pm and this could have been addressed when you arrived.
