Good location in a compact independent studio
Very small compact studio apartment, with kitchenette included. Very good location near main sites, lively bars, restaurants, etc just round the corner... The window didn’t close properly and you can hear everything outside. Needed ear buds to sleep. Early morning felt bit cold as not blanket provided, just the bed sheets without warm covering. As there is not reception, you need to call or text a number to get in touch with the management. They normally respond (few words) whenever they see the message, which is not always straight away and quick. Same system to initially get the key text a number so someone comes and meet you after 15:00 outside the door, check out 10:00. The girl that came with the key was nice and politely showed me the flat and explained things. Then you are on your own.

Horrible horrible horrible
Stay away from this place. The 50 cleaning fee is absurd for such a small space. The sofa bed is uncomfortable as ever and creeks like no tomorrow. There is a shot bar right below so you hear college kids partying till 6 in the morning every single night. The bathroom has terrible lighting there isn't anywhere to put toilet paper. They provide no soap in the bathroom or dish soap. When asked they said you have to buy it on your own. They ask for the cleaning and tourist fee in cash and said they would return the change and never did. Shouldn't be telling customers they have to buy their own hand soaps and not returning their change. It's all about the principle.

Winzig, laut und schmutzig
Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man sich nicht mal umdrehen konnte. Kein Kleiderschrank, kein Spiegel, EINE Rolle Klopapier für 4 Tage. Haustür kaputt, extrem laut und hellhörig.

Sofa bed is not comfortable at all; we had to buy an inflatable matress. There is a lot of noise every night until late from nearby pub. However, location is highly central and very convenient.

Do not stay here
Don't stay here. Window doesn't fit (warped). Letting agent doesn't respond. Drunks from bar opposite keep you awake until 3am every night. All street noise straight to your bedroom. €50 cleaning fee IN ADDITION to what price agreed (a total con abused on all apartments) for a room so tiny your hands can touch both walls at the same time. Pictures and price misleading. I moved out on day 2 and had no refund or answer from letting agent or Hotels.com about window not closing.

Servizi adeguati, extra troppo alti
tutto ok, stanza piccolina ma adeguata alle mi esigenze, il wi-fi non funzionava ma voglio pensare che sia stato un problema temporaneo. Unica pecca i costi "extra": 50 euro per la pulizia, indicati ma in maniera non troppo chiara sul sito sono davvero troppi per una stanza di quelle dimensioni

Stay away from this one
The picture was very misleading and the 50 euro cleaning fee was outrageous for such a small room. The hot water tank attached to the ceiling didn't even provide enough water for a five minute shower. The lock was stiff to open the door and constantly scratched my knuckles from the force required to turn it. I had the same bath towel for three days. The walls were dirty and marked up. I didnt want to spend any time in my room because of its size and atmosphere. Check out consisted of putting my key in some dusty hole in the wall outside my door.. Really feel ripped off in terms of the price. This was the worst accommodation I have ever had in four trips to Italy and I had a room once that had a toilet backup problem and this is the first bad review I've ever written.

I deeply regret booking this room--at a non-refundable rate, no less! I was attracted to the listing because it looked similar to other online bnbs and the location was good for sightseeing. However, in the weeks and days leading up to our stay, I received absolutely no info about how to check in. This is not a hotel; it's an apartment and someone needs to meet you to give you the key or give you instructions on how to get the key. I messaged them repeatedly but received no reply. We had no idea what time to show up for check-in, so in the 48 hours leading up to our stay in Florence, I asked Expedia to intervene. Expedia was not able to get in touch with anyone at the apartment. On the day of our arrival, we had no idea if we had a place to stay or not because we were not able to communicate with anyone at the hotel. Finally, about 2 hours before the check-in period began on our day of arrival, I saw a message with a phone # to call. I had to buy credit on an app in order to call this Italian number. When I called, they scheduled the check-in with me. Why would you expect a tourist from another country to be able to receive and make phone calls? Why not use text or email or messaging? Hotel staff later claimed to have sent me an email w/details, but I received no such email and even diligently scanned my spam folder. They also did not apologize or seem in any way concerned that we felt unsure about the check-in process.
