If you're over 18 and looking for a quiet, layed back place on the ocean, this is an ideal spot. The host, Miya, was awesome and the motel has a retro 50's / 60's feel to it with modern bathrooms. Pool and grounds are well taken care of and it's a short walk to nice places to eat. I highly recommend this to anyone.

We arrived very late due to a delay in our flight. We were able to communicate with Miya, the owner, and she met us and got us settled in well after 10:00. She directed us to restaurants that would be still be open and easy to walk to. Our room was much larger than we expected, and laid out well and nicely appointed. The property is right on the beach and the pool and deck area are lovely. I highly recommend Le Cabanon!

My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful view and beach access from Le Cabanon. The Oceanside view was spectacular. Mya, the owner, was kind and welcoming, checking in on us to ensure we were comfortable. The property is walking distance from the Pompano Beach Pier and a few miles away from the Deerfield Beach Pier.

Diamond on the ocean!
We stayed for 5 days. My first trip to Florida. What a gem. Mya and her husband are wonderful. The bad reviews on here must be from before February. Thats when mya and her husband took over. The place is quiet, and beautiful. Everything is immaculate. They give you everything you need. Even let you borrow beach chairs and umbrellas! Beach towels provided, as well as all the coffee, and toiletries for your stay. Please book a stay here! You will not be sorry. The only downside, is we had to leave the property to smoke, but im sure we are the minority here. Close walking distance to the pier, and many restaurants!

Property older yet well kept. On the a private beach which was very nice. The property is very quiet and peaceful. The management is very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there.

Quite place for couple get away
Very cute small motel by the beach and next to the Pompano Beach park/pier. The room was spacious and very clean (king bed with ocean view). Bed was comfortable. Coffee maker & small fridge. We loved that the place was very quite (no kids allow). So it is a terrific place for couples only. The pool was nice and clean, they give you recliner chairs if you want to take them to the beach. The beach is this area is very nice. We'll definitely go back.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Le Cabanon. The property was what we wanted - clean, quiet, private, direct access to the beach, walking distance to restaurants. The bed was comfy and the pool was wonderful!

Our second stay at this property. We'll be back! On site staff was very friendly and accomodating. Pool hours are sun up to sunset - wish pool would be open until maybe 10 pm - but I totally get it, and it did not impact the quality of our stay. The perfect weekend at Le Cabanon Motel!

We love our guest to enjoy themselves and we do not close the pool at sunset unless we are performing maintenance. We say Respectfully and Safely Enjoy the Pool after Sunset Please! :)

Would highly recommend!
This is a beautiful little motel, right on the beach. The room is clean and compact with everything you need. The managers were here when we needed them, and if not they are just a phone call away. Nice pool. No children are allowed here, which makes it nice and peaceful. The beach in front of the motel is not crowded and you are very close to the pier. You can see the lighthouse from the upper deck. This is a 9 room motel. There is a grill and picnic tables on the deck, and there are many lounge chairs around the pool. They supply beach towels.

We specifically picked this motel -type as it is retro (50’s-60’s) & therefore minimal guests (only 9 rooms). It has a nice pool & right on the beach. They cater to an older crowd (no one under 18) which keeps it quiet. Maya & her husband manage the facility & are very accommodating. Hope to make it back next year.

The staff is excellent, very welcoming on our arrival they even asked if we needed help with our luggage which is very rare. Every time we ran into them we would chat for a few minutes it was very nice to have such a good experience! Will be back again.

What a fabulous little throw back. Quiet and comfortable 50’s style bungalow surrounded by the roar of the city and ocean. Nothing like it in Pompano Beach. Staff was awesome and had everything you need. Highly recommend

Etablissement en chute libre. A fuir!
Etablissement en chute libre depuis la nouvelle gérance il y a environ 2 ans. Les notes voyageurs sont passées de près de 10 à près de 2 comme la note que je donne aujourd'hui. Le cadre est sublime et l'établissement présente un bon rapport qualité/prix malgré des SdB minuscules. Je suggère la lecture des avis récents qui décrivent les tenanciers comme étant psychiquement atteints ce que je confirme en tant qu'ancien professionnel de santé assermenté ( 70 ans ) Ici les étrangers ne sont pas les bienvenus et les Français qui parlent mal l'anglais sont priés de rester chez eux ( dixit ces derniers) On doit demander chaque jour ( je dis bien chaque jour!) que le ménage soit fait car... ils tiennent un motel pas un hôtel ! Dès l'arrivée le ton est donné. Entrée dans la réception. Accueil sans bonjour ni sourire, juste un ''Hi'' peu engageant aussitôt suivi d'une demande de carte bancaire et d' ID. Montre en main ne vous avisez pas ensuite d'aller vous baigner avant 8 h AM dans la piscine sinon hurlements garantis du gardien chef qui considère l'établissement comme sa chose et le client prisonnier de ses diktats délirants. Seuls clients à notre arrivée à part un autre couple nous ne dérangions personne. Aucun respect du client qui n'est là que pour satisfaire la névrose agressive de ces tauliers qui vous surveillent derrière la réception jour et nuit sur leurs écrans à partir plus de 10 caméras pour 9 suites !!! Un conseil... fuyez!

This was my second time staying at Le Cabanon and I would definitely return. Beth, the manager, was very welcoming and helpful and the property is footsteps from the beach. Although I did have issues with the AC, Beth offered us another room so that we would not be inconvenienced. As for the room, it was great as it had an ocean view and full kitchen. All in all, Le Cabanon is a great value and good time!

I am a Pine Island evacuee because of Hurricane Ian. I left not knowing where I was going. All hotels and motels booked. I ended up here and thank God I dtd. Wonderful place. Wonderful managers, quiet, clean. Just what my soul needed. Thank you Beth and Phil for helping. Youre awesome. Highly recommend this small spot in heaven.
