Pool to small. Pool chairs not enough. Towels for the pool scarce. And worst of all no self parking! Only valet service at a rate of Usd 35.- per day. We will not come again.

la playa es muy privada y tiene una linda vista al faro. las instalaciones del edificio, los dormitorios necesitan mantenimiento, se ven viejos y el primer dormitorio que nos asignaron estaba sucio e inundado y no tenia los aparatos de cocina y baño.

las personas de recepción son super amables y el hotel es de lo mas cómodo que hay dentro de su rango además de estar bien mantenido El servicio de camareras es muy muy malo de una estancia de 8 noches dos no limpiaron el cuarto y otras dos veces dejaron el cuarto abierto al reclamar esto en recepción el gerente en turno no dijo que no iba a compensar no cobrando el estacionamiento pero solo descontó dos noches y cuando reclame me mandaron un reembolso a una tarjeta que no es la mía asumiendo que soy un tonto lastima por que por un par de personas que no hacen bien su trabajo el hotel recibe malas notas

El servicio de vale parking es muy malo para este tiempo de pandemia, diferentes personas entran a tu carro y a disferentes carro alguna puede tener El virus, y la entrada fue sumamente demorada casi 2 horas despues de lo previsto, un elevador no funcionaba y El otro no prestaba El mejor servicio

Well let's start at the beginning; They sold me a SUITE room and they stayed in the one I had they explained to me that since it was from expedia they could not do anything, Expedia sold me a suite with a sea view and a balcony, the sea view was seen from a long roof of a Building that had a machine that made so much noise that you couldn't be on the balcony. But the worst thing about the balcony is that it was so dirty, but so dirty that we could not have breakfast in it, so pestiferous. Just as the corridor that leads to the rooms is terrible, it seems that it has not been cleaned for years. When I told the reception person, he answered that it is not inside the room. On the other hand, they take the Covit-19 very well, the bar restaurant is very good and the service is perfect. I do not want to upload the photos out of respect for the other clients but if you tell me where I will send them, I agree with some comments that the air conditioning sounds so much that it does not let me sleep. The worst they charged me an exorbitant fee

the air conditioning to too much noise, the same; I had to put the refrigerator to minimum of power because it is also noisy. The TV is small. The common areas of the hotel are very modest, lobby, dining area, internet area, and bar that closes early and not welcoming. The pool area is small, as well as the Jacuzzi and the green area facing the beach is poorly cared.

El manager que esta en front desck que no se el nombre el un mal educado y desubicado en su actuaccion con respecto al valet parking que no quisimos tomar. el hotel es caro para lo que ofrecen mala la playa no lo recomiendo para nada

4.99/10. Room was perfect, staff was accommodating, location is perfect. Only complaint is they allow daily resort passes at the pool. Pass holders on 2 of the days took over the pool and had no chairs for hotel guests. Other than that it was great experience. Will be back

It is small resort with a bit of everything for a variety of people. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is well located on the beach, although there are almost no amenities right by the hotel except two other hotels with restaurants. The hotel restaurant menu needs to be much bigger in order to expect guests to eat there most of the time. Onsite parking is an extra fee, but the valet staff are quick. Hot breakfast is served daily, and the staff are very helpful, and keep in mind that they do not get tipped like the bar staff would. With private beach, pool, and hot tub, and various games onsite it is indeed a mini resort. Upon checkout we tipped all the staff other than the restaurant and bar staff who have gratuities automatically added to the bill. If you are looking for a no fuss, decently appointed rooms and with with kitchens, this all around friendly resort in south Florida is worth considering.

Property is nice with nice pool area and on the beach. Rooms are larger which helps with extra guests. There are a few hidden fees like valet and resort gratuities. The only knock is there is not much to do within walking distance. Overall it is a nice resort if looking to be on the beach in Pompano as hotels are limited.

The kitchenette and washer/dryer in our suite was a game changer for us traveling as a family with children. We could relax and let the kids be kids and get dirty. We just threw the clothes in the wash at night. I never realized how much we stressed about how we packed and making sure we had clean clothes for the duration of our trips. Moving forward, I can’t imagine not having these in-room conveniences.

This property is the best kept secret of Pompano Beach. It was our second time coming for our daughter’s birthday. Both times we spent a week. It’s a slice of heaven. Staff: you will not find a single person who doesn’t smile and greet you. Everyone goes above and beyond. The front desk staff are wonderful and helpful. The pool and beach staff are super friendly and fun. Property: this is not a luxury hotel. If that’s what you’re after, find somewhere else. If you’re looking for huge, clean rooms with beautiful views, full kitchen and washer/dryer - this is your home. The rooms are incredibly spacious and CLEAN. Having a kitchen is very handy (especially with kids). This time we encountered a few minor issues (sink not fully draining quickly, dishwasher soap dispenser broken) but none of these issues were enough for us to even contact the front desk. The pool is heated and gorgeous. There is sometimes a shortage of loungers by the pool, but the staff do their best to take away towels of people trying to “save” chairs. There are always waiters coming around and the food and drinks available are delicious. The beach is 2 steps away and is spectacular. Having grown up vacationing in Hallandale, I didn’t expect to have such gorgeous turquoise water. When it’s calm, it feels like you’re on a Caribbean island. Even when the sea is rough, the water is clear. This is an extremely family friendly resort. Everyone is wonderful with kids. We won’t ever stay anywhere else!
