Terrible propiedad no se confíen en las fotos no es ni parecido, totalmente diferente! Lo único positivo que es cerca de la playa pero terrible la limpieza las condiciones del edificio la picsina sucia

Estuve una estancia muy buena los empleados muy amables igual que la administracion lleve dos carros y habia parqueo tenia que pagar uno solo por dos noche y solo me cobraron una noche fueron muy amables de ahora en adelante este sera mi lugar favorito para escapar un fin de semana buen lugar y buen precio lo recomiendo

El personal de la oficina es muy amable y siempre estan dispuestos a cooperar, especialmente Natalia y Erica. Ya me he quedado 4 veces en este hotel y volvere a hacerlo debido a las condiciones de limpieza, la cercania a la playa , son dos cuartos por apartemento. Gracias Nataly.

Las habitaciones muy bien, equipadas con lo necesario. El dato más extraño es el área de la piscina muy descuidada y los pasillos del edificio parece abandonado

La pase super con mi familia el trato muy bueno. Me atendió Elizabeth una empleada muy amable aunque no estaba al 100% como se ve en las fotos en general fue excelente solo hay que poner mas BBQ porque solo hay uno.

The room I have all the things that he hast to have but it’s a little bit dirty. The place on all the surroundings in the hotel were really dirty. It’s a shame cost the room is in good condition and the location is really amazing just two blocks from the beach

HORRIBLE
Hello, I wanted to have a getaway, but my stay was not good I wanted to go back to my house, the entrance to the place was dirty, messy, the garbage duster is at the entrance, the elevator was useless we took the stairs, which were full of chicken wings and smelled of urine, the air conditioning in the room does not cool and is super noisy, the sheets were dirty. I REALLY wanted to run to my house, I do not recommend it i loss my money

Todo excelente, las camas, la cocina, solo faltaría una juguera o mini, el baño limpio y las areas comunes bien mantenidas, pasamos 13 días junto a la familia y fue maravilloso, seguro volvemos!

I really like this resort the people in the office are very sweet and welcoming. Everything is close, 5 min walk to the beach. Rooms are excellent, the kitchen just beautiful, this place was quiet, I thought there would be a lot of people in the swimming pool because of spring break however just few people this time. We rented a car, has free parking, it’s nice.

Great property! Only two things would make it better: (1) dish drying rack in the kitchen (wet dishes just have to stay on the counter!); and (2) clothes drying rack (there is no cord in the shower to hang wet clothes). Also, Canadian credit cards are not accepted to load the laundry room cards, so we have to beg to have someone use their American credit cards, then give that person the cash! Thanks.

Rooms updated for the most part. Floors good. Walls good. Doors have worn spots. Nice kitchen appliances and amenities. TV’s in each room. Bathroom nice. Laundry facilities are nice. Pool area is nice. Pretty sitting area outside. 2 blocks from the beach and many shops and restaurants. Would definitely go back.

Property is very old. They have restrictions and fines for everything. There’s nobody to assist you. Everything’s done by cell phone. I found the entire experience not great. The department is very very small.

It was too noisy. People chatting and having getogethers 2-3am. A boiler or ac and fridge made noise all night. Would stay in a double storey again. Pics made the place look massive - it was ok but I’d say a 3 star. No beach chairs, kitchen roll etc. other places have everything. The staff were helpful so it’s a shame
