As Expected for FWB
Let’s be honest you’re paying for the location which was A+! Typical to FWB condos cleanliness is never a priority. Unit was fine but slightly dated and had a hard time hiding its “use” regardless I would stay again due to location alone. Not a bad unit at all if you don’t mind a little sand, dirt, and age. Excellent experience with host!

Everything was great! The place was very clean which is very important to me. I really liked the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella! I have never been to a condo that offered that. Will definitely come back again!

Beautiful location and beach. Breath taking views!
Loved our stay location. Property was quiet, clean and offered everything as described except for twin beds. We needed the twin beds for two teens, but waffle board under thin mattress made the beds unusable. Girls had to sleep on the floor. Hopefully, they will fix this issue. If so a perfect location and fabulous accommodations. Would stay again, but pack an inflatable mattress.

Relaxing view and convenient location
The condo was conveniently located as far as we were concerned. We enjoyed quick drives into Ft. Walton, both Air Force Bases, Destin, and Sandestin. The kitchen was roomy and supplied with plenty of amenities to make cooking a meal easy. The layout of the condo was great for two married couples and kids to have privacy and room to move about. The condo facility is in very good condition. The pools are huge, one being heated, which was nice because the Spring Break weather was still too chilly for us to enjoy the beach water. For the condo building management company, I would recommend adding a few more handicapped parking spaces. As for the condo owner, one recommendation I would make is to provide towel racks in the bathrooms. There was nowhere specific to hang towels after using them. The black makeup towel was a nice touch, though. Both bathrooms are large and could support free-standing racks if anchoring them to the wall has been problematic. Another concern was not having wifi the entire four nights we were there. I don't feel that the response we got for resolving this matter was timely and consequently, the online work I had planned on completing in the evenings was impossible despite my having a hotspot on my phone. But the cable did work on all the TVs. Each bedroom has one! Yay for that! Everyone had choices to watch preferred shows. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Overall it was very pleasant and comfy.

Good room with great view
The room was great. Some things were a bit outdated, but overall, it was great. Spacious, clean, and has great views. The windows and balcony doors face the beach. We spent every morning and night looking at the ocean and there were multiple times we saw dolphins in the morning. We would stay here again, and recommended it to my family.

Birthdays at the Beach
We just spent a week at Waters Edge 609, and it was the perfect setting for our multigenerational beach vacation! The condo is spacious, comfortable, well-appointed and clean with breathtaking views of the Gulf. The kitchen has plenty of dishes andcounter space as well as an enormous pantry for storing provisions out of the way. The pool has a fantastic layout - lots of shallow areas for kiddos and square footage for folks to spread out. Having codes for the doors made our outings so much more convenient as we did not have to keep track of keys. I suggest mounting wall hooks or towel bars to the bathrooms and balcony as there were not many places to hang swimsuits and bathroom towels. And I wish there were recycling. But overall, the Kimberly Lang condo was incredible—management was attentive and friendly too. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again.

Family vacation
It is a nice unit with a great view! Very close to the beach! Could use some TLC and updating. There is nothing within walking distance. It is in a residential/condo area. We were disappointed with this aspect, however, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beach is very nice!

Long overdue break!
View was as beautiful as ever, but I was disappointed in this unit. Appliances were outdated and furniture was worn and uncomfortable. It was disappointing, but the weather was fabulous!

Perfect view
We Had a great time. This unit was clean and has a really nice view. It also had everything that we needed. The beach towels provided and the extra amenities like garbage bags and paper towels were really appreciated because some places don’t have them. Another plus, I learned that aside from the two beach chairs provided you can rent additional sets for the day if you have extra people.

Great Location!
The location was great, within feet of several places to eat. Walk to the beach was super easy. My kids loved the pool. The only negative thing i could say about the condo was the beds were not very comfortable at all. Other then that it was a great trip!

Room 609
The room is heavily outdated. I had to personally take off the wall plate and hook up the living room cable tv. The dryer vent kept falling in the dryer. The king bed sinks in the center. All in all a great stay but definitely needs an upgrade.

Great vacation spot!
Our family of 6 really enjoyed this clean property. It had a great supply of items to get us started and plenty of space! The beach is right behind the property and the access to the pool and clean bathrooms on the first floor were great! There's an area to clean off after leaving the beach. The balcony offered great views and we saw dolphins on two different days! I would highly recommend this location and if we go back, this is our first pick!

INo advertised correctly.
It won't sleep 8 adults. The bunk beds will only sleep kids or adults under4 foot 6. The sofa mattress and the sofa are worn out. I've seen better pieces in the landfill. We thought it was a non smoking property, but the people under us smoked from daylight until dark which kept us from sitting out side on the deck because I'm allergic to cigar and cigarette smoke.. Probably won't stay there again, unless the improve thingss.

Ocean front vacation
I would stay here again because the location was great with a balcony facing the ocean. I was able to enjoyed a morning coffee and evening wine on balcony. The master bedroom was very spacious and slept great. I recommend staying here and the management team was very responsive to all are needs.
