The free breakfast was paltry, poorly stocked—no fresh fruit save for some anemic-looking red apples. Moreover, the cupboards where utensils and coffee cups, etc. were dirty, particles of food everywhere—this Hilton is the worst one I have ever stayed-in. Indeed, I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. What’s wrong with you people—this is a fairly new hotel too—it should be a gleaming gem. Very disappointed

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize for the issues regarding the cleanliness of our breakfast area. We have addressed the situation and these concerns have been corrected. We do hope that you will give us another chance when in our area. We did want to point out that your stay was at the Hilton Garden Inn side and not the home2. The complimentary breakfast is for Home2 guest only. That does not negate the fact that we take our guest feedback seriously and to reiterate we did take care of your concerns. Thank you

Property was great and room was large. Coffee maker didn’t work and half of the power outlets didn’t work. Overall a decent hotel.

The check in was running behind so we could not check in until after 6, the mattress was very hard, the heat never kicked in and it was already late at night before we got to our room. It's a beautiful place but we didn't have a good night's sleep. Staff is very pleasant. I wish I could give a stellar review but I can't 😞

Bring your own breakfast
The hotel and room were excellent. The cleanliness, comfort, and atmosphere was top notch. But the breakfast experience was less than enjoyable. I paid $15 for a breakfast buffet when I made my reservation. However, when I went to eat, the staff had difficulty figuring this out. They didn’t seem to have any type of process to confirm that people had paid. The couple near me had the same issue. Other than the oatmeal, the food availability was nothing more than carbs. Cereal, waffles, muffins, bagels, and fruit cocktail was the only option. No hot food and no protein. I’ve stayed in hotels not as nice where the continental breakfast was excellent. But this was not that type of meal or experience. I was thoroughly disappointed.

Disappointed pool was closed and no buffet style
Book that hotel due to buffet style breakfast and the pool. I was disappointed to find out the pool was closed. The breakfast wasn't buffet style at all more like continental breakfast.

This is a pet friendly property. It was a wonderful place to bring our dog. We saw quite a few dogs on site and everyone was so nice about the dogs. It is a clean and beautiful hotel with a friendly staff. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect!
Checkin was painless. Room was very clean. It’s still so new I could smell fresh paint. Price was very competitive. My only complaint is the bathroom door is a barn door style, and even with it closed there was a 2 inch gap looking in directly to the toilet. There was more privacy with the door open a foot. This is a design over function issue. I highly recommend this location and will seek out Garden Inns for other trips.

Weve stayed at this hotel several times now. It is always clean, and the staff is always great. It is comfortable, and we like that there is a bar, so we can get a drink and unwind.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had in my entire life, and I’m a frequent traveler, so that’s an impressive feat. Would never recommend, and would probably even warn people to avoid it.
