Thanks so much for your stay and for being an excellent guest, especially for your patience with some of the issues that occurred. Thank you for the feedback as well, I will have my cleaning team take a look at some of the harder to reach areas and the bathroom for some deeper cleaning. And you make an excellent point about that lock. Since it’s on the second floor I hadn’t considered it, but I believe you are correct and I will remove that key. I believe the reason why that was installed that way was due to city building code, but I certainly see the concern there.

I am sorry about the bathroom situation, though I’m not sure why you didn’t use the kitchen sink to brush your teeth. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a plumber to come out during the stay, but it’s fixed now. The mattress is not cheap, it’s a several thousand dollar Purple mattress. I don’t put a TV in the bedroom for any of the units as I don’t want guests from one unit disturbing guests in the other units while they’re asleep.
